The waitress came to me as I was leaving asking if I was unhappy with the service. I guess she expected a minimum tip of $23,00 on the total bill with government tax. I pay normally 15% tip...

Main Kitchen is truly a hidden gem in Hudson, and it's worth every bit of the trip! Their menu is packed with creative, flavorful dishes that never disappoint. I especially love the small plates concept—it's perfect for trying a variety of their tasty options. Each dish feels original, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with flavor.
