Very poor service... victim of a sauce spill from the waitress on us... frankly we don't ask for a tip afterwards! Our plates filled with sauce as well as our clothes. We remain polite, an accident happens but don't laugh at us.. last time at Normandin Mont Joli thank you..

I don't recommend the Caesar salad meal option: I was really disappointed by the small portion, the hardness of the croutons and the lack of sauce. My girlfriend ate a hamburger and I felt like I had barely more salad than her even though, in her case, it was included in the price of the dish. To do it again, I would take something else.

I still give 4 stars, because the employees were very friendly and the service was very suitable for our children.

Kid-friendliness: As soon as we arrived, the waitress gave our daughter a small plate of raw vegetables. It was perfect to satisfy his hunger while waiting for the meal. She also came carrying a coloring picture and pencils. We felt the attention from the employees!

Nous sommes allé déjeuner et dîner dans ce beau restaurant Normandin lors de notre séjour à Ste-Flavie et nous y retournerons assurément. Le service est rapide et excellent et la bouffe est très bien. Tu veux quelque chose de rapide sans trop l’être et ne veut pas te casser la tête, c’est le restaurant pour toi. En plus il est très bien situé.

I honestly think this was in my top 3 worst restaurants in my life. But nothing else was open and the atmosphere wasn't too bad. The waitress was cute, but the burger + pizza was almost inedible and the price... I really regretted it
