I am 38 years old. In 38 years of living on this earth, I have never had worse service than in this restaurant. The receptionist/check-in person looked at us like we were literally trash when we arrived. She didn't even respond when we said hello. She doesn't come to see us when we sit down, yells at us because we don't turn off the bathroom light, yells at us when we decide to put the empty dishes on another table (because she doesn't come not see us). We left around 9 p.m. because we were literally afraid of the employees!I will never go back there again.

I won't set foot there again! The waitress/receptionist demonstrated a very casual attitude. I had to argue to be served a dish that is posted on their website. She charged me double the listed price on the grounds that that's how it is written on their machine, and that I should call next time to find out what the up-to-date prices are. I didn't know that customers were supposed to know what the machine displayed. What's the point of having a website??? Their prices are ridiculously high for a service that leaves something to be desired. I will never be caught there again!!!

Please no matter how hungry you are, don’t ever go near this place. This is not a restaurant. They served me a cold rice and the food taste so bad that I couldn’t even eat. I thought maybe if the food is warm, it would be better. Ask them to microwave it, they said they don’t have microwave. They said the rice was made since morning. Just asked them to pack it like that and I left. I couldn’t eat it even after microwaving the food at home. I had to throw it away. I wasted time, money and energy.I was looking forward to having a nice jollof rice in Montreal and this experience was really bad.

Highly recommended. I was visiting Montreal with my wife and my twin boys that are 3. My 3 year old kids are very picky with food, but they ate rice and plantain like never before. My wife is great cook and very picky too, if she says the meal is good then, it's really good. And she loved it too. We ordered 3 meals and service was really fast. Don't even get me started on quantity. We could not finish all 3 meals. Price is great, I've eaten at several places in Montreal in one week that we spent in the city, and no restaurant could beat this place with price and quantity.

EXTREMELY RUDE women.The place itself is too gloomy and quite filthy.Expect to be waiting for a minimum of 1h at anytime you order and your order can be cancelled at the very last minute.Although the menu is limited, the food is good but still... the service is ultra horrible.I definitely do not recommend the place.
