$26 for a chicken/bacon sandwich and chicken noodle soup.....no noodles. No drinks. This is theft, pure and simple.
I recently had a terrible experience here. The worker told us to do a combo with a salad leaving out the fact that the tiny salad was $8 each. Not only was this an unpleasant surprise, but the salad itself tasted absolutely disgusting. When we brought this to the attention of the worker, instead of offering a solution, they insisted on trying the food themselves and then refused to provide us with anything else. After much insistence, we were begrudgingly offered one of the cheapest bagels on the menu as a replacement for our unsatisfactory salads. The lack of transparency regarding the additional charge and the poor handling of our complaint left a sour taste in our mouths. Needless to say, we won't be returning and don’t waste your time and money coming here. Disgusting customer service. I also noticed responses to reviews about freshness saying they make the food fresh everyday, these salads were made 2 days ago. The worker told me it’s impossible it tastes gross because it was just made two days ago! That is not fresh.
A great bagel, A1 service! I recommend!
From the States, excited to try bagel in Montréal. I got a sesame bagel with pesto cream cheese. I thought there should have been more cream cheese, and I didn't get much pesto flavor. The bagel itself seemed small and not too chewy. It was good, but lacked that je ne sais pas.
A place with a warm welcome, perfect for some quiet time around a good bagel and
Food is ok, coffee is decent, but 35$ for a bagel, a salad and a latté is insane. The salad was bland.
Very inexperienced staff which affected the overall experience. My girlfriend asked several times if she could create her own bagel or if she could have an existing one without the ham but the guy kept suggesting her other vegetarian bagels that didn't interest her, not out of meanness but mainly because of a barrier language (he was struggling both with English and French). Also, the tables in the common area were pretty dirty, I don't know who's responsible for them but it wasn't nice. Anyway, the bagels in the end were pretty good, we spent around 35 CAD for two with two coffees.
I found a mouse wandering around the hall, it's a shame, there's no zero rating, I'll keep it short, I went early in the morning for a salmon bagel while the employee prepared the order for me. I saw a mouse wandering around the hall and getting under the establishment's equipment, it's really unpleasant, be careful.I live right next door sow if you want me to come to get my opinion on real life I can come thank you and you have the audacity to answer me we don't have a hall lol you're lucky I didn't call the city for you on site the best thing you are going to do is to improve your store instead of answering me oohhh we have no hall lol

We had an amazing experience at this bagel store in Quebec, Montreal. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. What stood out for us was that everything is baked freshly on-site daily, giving a delightful freshness to each bite. Highly recommended for a satisfying and authentic bagel experience!

I had pretty good bagel sandwich here. I was just looking for something that was not junk food as there seems to be a lot of junk food in the area and a bagel peeked my interest. I had the falafel bagel, an interest mix I though and it was quite good. It was fairly large, so it was filling and tasted good. A little pricy, but not overly so. Service was nice and I ate there as there are tables available to eat on site. There bagels are not as good as my go to place, but they have some nice sandwich options with a fair amount of variety.
