This is my a&w that I go to often. I try to have my quick lunch there however their menu is never focused on lunch so I see that the choices are available all day. So it reduces if I want to make a change. It would be time to invest in a screen that changes the menu automatically.. otherwise good service sometimes a little slow but otherwise it's pleasant to go and eat there. It's still a fast food :p
We went to dinner at the A&W in St-Basile-le-Grand and I wanted to congratulate the two employees (only two) who took care of customers in the restaurant and at the drive-thru alone, running non-stop and without respite ! They were great. I would hire them anytime!!! However, I find that this load is too high for two people. There should be 3 or 4 of them for the work to be done but well done!
I ordered two teen burger trios, only to find that none of the teens had bacon. I return to the restaurant to be told there is no more bacon. A little advice: before making a sandwich, be sure to tell the customer that this or that ingredient is missing. In this way, the customer ensures that he has the ENTIRE product he ordered.
