Restaurant Chez Fabien Inc

Nice ambiance and good service. Food was average at best. I ordered the salmon tartare as an appetizer and flank steak as a main. The tartare was bland and boring, had much better elsewhere. My steak was overcooked and for some reason very sweet. For the price of the meal, there are much better options elsewhere. I won't be going back any time soon.

We found the place a little pretentious... For my part, for my dish: flank steak + Caesar salad (starter) I give it a 5/5, it was excellent, however my partner enjoyed her pasta dish less. For the price, something is missing for us to go back!

Okay…where do I start??? The tuna tataki which has always been excellent…very very mediocre and cold…my partner asks for a filet mignon..$54 dollars filled with ribs!!! Which he had to return elsewhere to finish with a veal parmigiana escalope as hard as a rock. We could see that it had been prepared in advance and that they just had to make it au gratin. Poor him! I was so uncomfortable, I was the one who dragged him there because he wanted to go somewhere else...so we shouldn't have. I had a bottle of wine that indicated $62 on the menu and on my bill it was $65!!!!!! With incidentally no advice because she knew NOTHING! We turn over the filet mignon and the athletic miss waitress with concrete implants answers me: maybe you didn't cut it in the
Common sense???? Calisse I spent my life at the bimbo restaurant!!!! Disappointed ++++++++ bad service bimbo and SUPER cheerful with 2 guys at the next table she knew. She came to and from the table very quickly to fill our glasses of wine and hurried back to chat!!!! FINISHED at this restaurant which used to be excellent with excellent service…for the price go elsewhere really…and if I want to see sexy girls I'll go to pare!

Great experience, a very beautiful and clean place. The food was amazing, beautiful presentation, perfect cooking, great flavors and lovely portions. 4.5/5 stars. 0.5 less for lukewarm water we didn't run out of water all evening but it was lukewarm.

I think this restaurant is riding on its reputation! I went back after a good period of time and frankly the food is really disappointing! We clearly feel the lack of experience in the kitchen. The dishes we were served were extremely disappointing and even horrible. The dish of the day was surely prepared by a cook who had never tasted or designed a menu before! In short, we were served a wild boar that smelled and tasted of excrement! It was the last time for us!
