Ordered a 12 piece family barrel, and it was alright, but the main problem is the difference in sizes for the pieces. 5/12 of the pieces were VERY small, and of course they were at the bottom of the barrel so that we couldn't see them. But it is true that the food this time was better than what i had here, but still, the quality is extremely inconsistent. The picture shows the difference in size. The 2 small ones at the bottom are easily 2 to 3 times smaller than the others. ( And there were 5 of these). So please if you still go here, look at everything, and every pieces individually and confront them. All the pieces SHOULD be the same or similar, unless there is claimed weight when we buy the food (which wasn't showing anywhere, so we can just assume they are being scummy).

Glad this place had a major facelift. The dining area is now very pleasing. It’s more modern, with phone chargers, food was cooked fresh and tasty. Come see the newly renovated KFC in Harwood. Nice hangout place especially for late night snacks.

I showed up yesterday Thursday at 6 p.m. at the drive-thru and there is a line, but it moves quickly.. I am encouraged. We take my order, super simple a barrel. I'm at the window in 20 seconds wow.. They're trying to get me to pay quickly.. I ask a question just before.. And they ask me is it ok if we just put drumsticks and small wings for 18 pieces and $45.,., . uh no... Well we couldn't do anything else and we would have to wait 1 hour. This branch has a big problem. They could have such a better sales figure.. the reno's must certainly have cost so much.. But it's all in the management.. what you don't prepare, you don't sell..!!!!!! for fear of taking 15-20$ of chicken costing.. LOL

I don't know if it's the lack of employees but they are always closed, in front of the door it says open from 10:30 a.m. to noon, are you seriously open for a period of 1h30? The last time I was there the sauce was spilling all over my sandwich, and the monster at the cash register is really rude and talks about sexual topics in front of customers.
