We ordered Uber Eats and got the special: a small all-dressed pizza with four chicken wings (for an extra $2) and a plastic-bottled Pepsi. Everything was good, and the delivery was as fast as promised. We ordered the original-flavor chicken wings — they were slightly spicy with a nice flavor. Good pizza with choice of regular or thin crust.

Horrible service, ordered from them 2 times in the span of 2 months both times we had items forgotten and today on the second time the driver charged me for my order twice. Delivery time is an 1h+ when we live about less than a km away. I went in store to get my refund and i was told no one on site could do the refund and I would have to wait 24h-48h for a refund because only the manager can do it. Not to mention the support via the phone is equally unable. Will never order from here again.

The most horrible service. Charged us for the new pizza with prosciutto and aragula and the two times we ordered it they forgot to put the toppings. They were supposed to reimburse us because the cashier said she had no idea hot to do it and I am still waiting for the reimbursement. Second time we ordered it the again forgot the toppings and they charged my so no at the door for another order while I paid online for ours. The delivery guy said “”oh I’m sorry, no clue how to do a refund and left” I tried to call and the central couldn’t reach the restaurant told me to call back in 10min. My son had to go directly to the restaurant in order to get his reimbursement and still got said that they can’t do reimbursement until the manager is there and it will be reimbursed in 48 hours. Last time I was ordering Pizza Salvatore!

We stopped on the way from Montreal to toronto. It looked like it was a great pizza place plus it was busy - a sign of a good place. Their systems crashed and the orders were all messed up but it absolutely didn’t ruin our experience. The front of the store person was so apologetic and so helpful - even though we don’t speak French - that the extra few minutes of wait didn’t matter. The pizzas were excellent!! We got a Salvatore special one and the vegetarian - we didn’t order the vegetarian but even the kids loved it. Excellent place and we’ll be back again! I also appreciate everyone working so hard despite the broken machines. Thanks!

Called in order but got a linguistic racist who refused to speak to a Canadian customer in an Official Language of Canada. She a migrant wanted me to bend to her wishes. I got a pizza from Doiron Restaurant where I was treated with RESPECT.
The staff is not helpful... they don't recommend special... they forget sauces....

It's my third time ordering. Every time I order I am put on hold and asked to wait because what I am English. Today I called 10 minutes on hold. I hung up. Won't be calling there again. I guess they're very racist
