What a gem! When in Wakefield, you MUST go to Le Hibou & visit Lou & Olivia! As soon as we stepped in we knew we were in for a treat. The decor and vibe was so welcoming and comfortable. Lou found us a perfect seat & knowing it was our anniversary made our experience even more special! I will say he makes a mean old fashioned! It was delicious. We ordered the bao bun, the butter chicken poutine, the beet/kimchi "home fries" and the Le Hibou sirloin burger with salad on the side. Everything was CRAZY DELICIOUS! We shared all the plates so we could taste a bit of everything. I wish we had ordered more but our tummies couldn't handle it. For dessert we shared a sundae which felt so retro and nostalgic. It was so fun! What are you waiting for ? Go already!

We had the burgers and home fries. Very good. We also had the sangria which is not on the menu but strongly recommend it. Best terrasse in Wakefield. Great service and atmosphere. Lots of parking in the back. Vegan options. A bit pricey though.

Absolutely outstanding! The servers, chefs and dishwashers were all so engaging, compassionate and accommodating. Good is a grotesque understatement in terms of the food. Such an interesting blend of tastes and styles that create marvellous meals. Best plant based burger I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration. You cannot come through Wakefield/Chelsea without stopping at Le Hibou, truly a hidden gem. Their sister location, Le Oiseau Bleu/Motel Chelsea is also exquisite, such a fun experience. Thank you Tom, Rob, Lee, Kaylen and Daniel for the phenomenal service and meal!

I took the trip from Ottawa for their Tuesday night music. The music was great! The John Hanson Trio was featured and, well, amazing!The food was even better! A small menu, but it shouldn't disappoint anyone.I'm definitely going back!Parking: In the back.

Great spot in the heart of Wakefield. Relaxed and casual with an eclectic mix of customers. Dropped in for a light lunch on the weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the fare. Someone has obviously put a lot of thought and effort in conceiving and attention in executing the menu. Friendly and attentive staff, without being overbearing.
