I went last summer , the food is so good , now i'm wondering if it is open, it says temporarily closed , i had the the tofu ceasar wrap , it was so good ! I am Vegan and i try to support as many Vegan restaurants.

Hi, my first time in Wakefield and was hungry, I'm not vegan but I wanted to eat different and support local economy. They welcome me with a nice big smile and service was great.I had the poutine and it was delicious miam! The taste was excellent (no additional salt or pepper needed...). Fresh sliced potatoes (not to tin, not to big.. perfect size). Texture was good, of course it's "Faux fromage" so just don't expect the cheese to be as "squish squish" like the common one.I end up with donuts and it's one of the best I got ever!! They are the greatest contender for my long time loving old fashion potato donuts 'Delices d'Antan'. Most of the time I found donuts to be too much sweetened but not the fauxmagerie ones. And the texture was perfect.

We had your vegan Chevre on a dish at The Village House. Wow. It was the best I have ever had including non vegan! We tried to stop buy and buy some and try some more of your cheese but had to leave before you opened on Sunday. Wish they shipped, because it was delicious!

Never tasted such amazing vegan cheese before! Got a platter with Summer-log, Blue-style, chive and onion, and mozzarella-style cheese. Also had amazing croissants and chocolate bread. The setting is very cute with a patio for eating outside and a take-out window for social distancing. Perfect for anyone looking for a cute spot for a meal in Wakefield!

What a lovely restaurant! We've eaten here several times and never been disappointed. I love everything about it - and feel so fortunate to have such a great place to eat that happens to be vegan. I can't wait to go back!

Would 10/10 recommend the chick’n caesar wrap with crispy tofu - both filling and delicious. Service was friendly and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be returning!

I'm not vegan however the food was very good,lots of choices, fresh and filing. We went for a Brunch and will be back for dinner for sure. Perfect place for day gateway in Wakefield.
