I want to be specific about my experience with the food. I ordered the Caprese, which was advertised as including pesto, but there was absolutely no trace of pesto in it. None at all! Additionally, it was served cold. When I asked if it could be warmed up, I was told, “No, the oven is just heating up,” and this was at 9:15 AM. If reheating wasn’t possible, they should have informed me beforehand so I could’ve made a different choice.
On top of that, the service was disappointing. The staff member didn’t greet us or smile when we walked in, which set a negative tone right from the start. Overall, very poor service.
As shown in the photo, I had only taken two bites from the first half of the bread.

How bad does a cupcake have to be for a 9 year old to not want to eat it? On her birthday.
I got to find out.
These were the worst cupcakes I had ever bought.
They were supposed to be red velvet cupcakes for a birthday for a 9 year old girl. I have included photos of both the receipt and the cupcakes.
Needless to say it was $46 poorly spent.
Now I am not sure what I was expecting for 8 cupcakes that cost $46 but I certainly didn’t receive it.
So, I brought them back for the owner to taste for herself. I had previously had good service here so I was extremely disappointed for what followed.
I left the cupcakes and asked for the owner to call me once she had tasted them.
She called me after a member of her staff had tasted them… fine.
When I said I was not happy with the experience she began to use phrases like “well it’s not me but my staff” to shift blame away from herself.
Hint: if you are the owner of the business take responsibility and apologize for the bad experience. She did not do that. She refused to do that.
Regardless, I will never go there again.🤮

I went for a TGTG for my first time so I didn't understand that you had to collect the basket at 4 p.m. I thought that 4 p.m. was the time around which they stopped accepting requests on the application. Since I wasn't that far away, I went to the address and explained the situation... I arrived at the bakery not even 30 minutes late. The lady told me you should not click on basket not collected, so you cannot recover the basket. Basically I clicked so I thought it would give me options to contact the bakery or other choices.. I said to myself ok lost what.. then I saw testimonials where people had the same case as me and that we still gave them the basket since they paid to have it and that it remains up to the merchant to make this decision ultimately, something which was not offered by the lady .. Really a shame because the principle is anti-waste and I showed up with proof of the order… they prefer to throw away the products than give them to the person who arrived late?

I was looking for a little bakery and jutst happened to stumble upon this gem. The pistachio eclair was the best I’ve ever had! I also got a croissant, it was good but a little dense for my taste. There are so many options all of which looked amazing. If you’re ever nearby and need a pastry stop by here.
