Delicious little whole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant.Pho soup is by far the best I’ve had in RI. Crab ragoons, scallion pancakes and teriyaki chicken was so very good too. Bubble tea, taro and honey dew were a nice little dessert after. I’ll be back and back again!

My friend and I both got a small #25. The broth was amazing and the ingredients were all fresh and delicious. Would absolutely recommend and definitely be going back. Our server was also incredibly nice and informative.

I really love this place and have been coming here for years. I can't seem to find a better pho place in the Providence area and have just stopped trying. This is the one. Getting takeout and putting the pho together at home couldn't be easier and is a really great option they provide as well. Make sure you get a Vietnamese iced coffee! The rich, velvety coffee will change your life

Ordered delivery. Word to the wise. Do NOT order XL Pho soup just for yourself!! Sooooo much soup. It comes in sections. Ingredients in 1 package, broth in another. I had to mix and heat on the stove to get hot soup. Very good though. But it's more like a kit.

Crispy egg rolls and flavorful and rich pho. This is the place to go for Vietnamese food in the providence area.

Food is soooo good, my favorite is the spicy beef stew number 28a & and I add extra chili oil . I like it with the rice noodle !

We ordered number 18 and it’s house fried rice. The portion of the Fried rice is small. The pho is okay not right super good. We need to hunt for the waiter to get the bill, that tells you their service is not good.

Amazing. Authentic. Delicious Beef Pho! It had a good amount of noodles (unlike other places) and meat. They even accommodated us having driven a half hour to get here. Great place!

Best Pho in Rhode Island, restaurant only needs to improve services. Services is not great, but food is delicious.

I've been to Pho Horn's many times as a kid, and the quality is still consistent. I think the interior should be slightly renovated. However, it gives you the feel of actually being in Vietnam with its low lighting and neon signage. I love that the booth areas have a long mirror on the side of the wall. I've been here for lunch alone and for dinner with friends and family. I think the restaurant is good to visit for small groups. I like the pho broth here and usually order the #19 pho dac biet. Lately, I have been ordering the "beef stew", or bún bò huế which is full of flavor and tender pieces of beef and pork. Love it. They also serve other traditional Vietnamese dishes and have cheap lunch specials. I would order a Vietnamese ice coffee or soybean milk, pho, and some crispy chicken wings, and you're all set for a fulfilling dinner. It gets busy here, so service is sometimes slow but they are very friendly and always willing to answer questions.

Yum. When we visit Rhode Island and have a hankering for Vietnamese we head to Pho Horn's on the Pawtucket/Providence border. Pho has an amazingly rich, deep broth and the meatballs are the right level of chewy! I'm a big fan of their shrimp summer rolls but not the combo with white chicken, it's just a little dry compared to pork. We had a shrimp curry dish which was great and washed it down with Vietnamese iced coffee. Loved it.

They just need to add 2 more waiter staff to make the flow more manageable for the current staff. It is too busy for them.

Bold amazing flavors! My first pho experience was at this restaurant and it introduced me to an entire new world of flavors. Most definitely will go again!

Random search for pho in downtown providence and found this highly rated (4.4) Vietnamese restaurant near by.Staff was friendly and space was pretty big. Usual pho menu and I was glad to find that it has my pick of just steak + tendon.Portion was decent and the plus side is that the restaurant has jalapeños, which a lot of Pho joints did away with.Good tasting and affordable price, definitely a quick stop over in Providence.

The food is really amazing here. Some of the best pho I have ever had. The only thing lacking is the service. It always seems like they are under staffed for the amount of customers they are taking in. The wait time can be long because they don't have enough help.
