Took my wife for our 5th year anniversary dinner and staff, food and service was excellent. We got a shrimp dish and wasn't to happy with it and immediately the mgr came over apologized and gave us a fish entree which was amazing! The staff is professional and food is delicious. The price was $125 fully loaded and well worth it for a special occasion!

I got the special of sweet potato gnocchi with braised short rib which was very good. Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I got the strawberry cheesecake for dessert and I found it tasted more like poundcake but nonetheless it was still very tasty!! It was very light, just wish it had more of a graham cracker base…

My first time and the service was pretty amazing. The food was not up to expectations for the price and I would probably not go again.

Sal made our experience awesome! We will definitely be coming back. He took great care of my family and made the best alfredo sauce. Thanks again for the extra bread!

Not a fan. Waitress shamed me for asking for a straw. I understand they're bad for the environment, but I just wanted to make my cocktail easier to drink. She was also took a little too much pride in telling us that we cannot substitute one side for another. It's fine, that wouldn't have mattered, but she was a bit confrontational about it. If the food was good enough for them to get away with poor service I would've rated it higher, but the food was barely average. It was highly recommended, but super disappointing. We won't be back.

The food and service were wonderful, although the decor felt a little dated. We dined before attending an event and the server was very accommodating of our schedule while still providing excellent service. While on the more expensive side, the food was delicious. I highly recommend the pre-fixe menu. The complementary valet was also appreciated.

We went with a party of 6 for my sister's birthday. Our waiter was awful. When asked about items on the menu he kbew nothing and told us to read what was there. I asked him if he could recommend an appetizer on the restaurant week menu and he told me to pick whatever I liked. The final straw was when he told my elderly parents they had to hurry up and place there order because he had other tables to wait on. Needless to say we wont be returning nor recommending this place at all. Also, I suspect this attitude towards me and my family is because we are a black family. Stay away from here and go to Capital Grill for a superb experience and delicious food.

I always have high expectations at this upscale restaurant. Came here on February 10th to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had to take a 5:30 p.m. reservation. However, room was half empty at my preferred time of 7:00.( ????) Makeshift one sheet Valentine's menu had a fraction of the on line menu at higher prices as well. Watered down drinks and undercooked veal were returned, making for an uncomfortable sitting. A PIECE OF GLASS was almost swallowed from the take home portion of my wife's meal. Hard to believe it was intentional, but very suspicious. Can't brag to friends and family about excellence here anymore. Very sad.

Everything was great. They have a three course dinner special this week for RI Restaurant Week. The Clams Capriccio and Veal Parm were fabulous. Veal Parm is huge. If you have two people ordering you may want to just get one with a side or two of pasta to split. It comes with Gnocci, but it is just a garnish.

First time here but unfortunately I don't think we'll be back. The service was pretty good and the restaurant is nice on the inside but we were surprised that the food was mediocre. Also, the restaurant reported us to open table as a “no show” which was baffling because we were there! Overall a disappointment.

Always dine here before a show a PPAC. The prefix meal is always delicious! The martinis are great and Eli our frequent server is awesome.

The atmosphere was as always beautiful. The service was excellent and the food was to die for. All of the service people were cordial and friendly. I go there often and will continue to. As for the price it was what I expected to pay for the service and the food. Well done Cappricio
