We ordered a pan pizza well done, and could see the dough was raw before even touching it. When we called back they offered to send a new one as long as we swapped them the original. New pizza was also undercooked and inedible even after we baked it in the oven for 10 minutes after sampling it and realizing it was also underbaked. This location has seriously gone down hill in such a short time, since the last few times were average at best too. These bad experiences made sure I will be supporting local from now on!

As a lot of other reviewers have pointed out there’s clearly a new ‘manager’ who is contributing to the decline of this store. For the third time in a row I was missing an item in my order. This time I didn’t want to accept a coupon. I simply asked for a refund. They refused. This ‘manager’ got on the phone with me and was rude and abrasive. I told her she’s recorded on her phone calls which she then referred to as me threatening her and then hung up. I called the store back and no one would provide me with their name. I filed a complaint and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I also filed a dispute with the attorney general’s office. Lastly a full copy of the managers abrasive tone was sent to the domino’s twitter account which I will say responded very promptly to my complaint. At the end of the day, I get it- it’s just food and it’s $7. But the rudeness, abrasiveness is simply not acceptable.

It's OK. My pizza was kinda burnt and not much cheese.and the brownies I ordered were super thin. I thought I was getting a thick brownie. I actually only wanted one but you have to order them in 9 so yea that's annoying.

The last few orders I did online. Has been sucky. Not sure if they're been lazy or they just don't care what they do, as long they get paid. I always ask for light on the sauce, light on the sauce mean I shouldn't be see alot/ heavy sauce on the pizza. Lately the sauce be alot/heavy. I can't have that much sauce. On the app you can't leave a specific instructions. They need to do it right or don't work in a restaurant if they can't get people orders right. How can you enjoy something that has been ruined

Typically speaking, this location (on North Main), has been very consistent with it's food over the past few years. However, during the last month or two I have run into issues with my orders. I only do carry out, so can't speak to delivery quality.The first order, I was given the wrong appetizer with a wrong matching sauce. This went straight into the garbage. The pizza was cooked fine, however whoever cut it decided to have some fun. It was more like a jigsaw puzzle than a pizza. Since it was carry out and not delivery, I did not call up to complain. I figured I'd say something when I was in again. I did not order Dominos for about 2 weeks, so when I pushed the issue, I accepted that I had waited too long.This week I simply ordered a large cheese pizza. Whoever prepared it must have run out of cheese and was too lazy to get more to finish the pizza and just baked it. When I saw the pizza, it was obviously lacking half of it's cheese. I ate a slice or so and threw the rest away. I did not call, as it was carry out. When I went in today, they refused to rectify the issue. Despite me having my receipt and pictures, the apparent manager simply said, you need to call when it happens. "That could be from a different store, etc." It's "store policy", yet not written anywhere on the receipt, box, website or in the store.Instead of rectifying an $8 mistake, they felt the need to turn away a long time regular customer. Over an $8 order.... I order 1-2 times a week.Customer service goes a long way with regular customers. This location clearly does not have it (I have witnessed several other customer issues over the years while picking up, and the customer in question never left happy.)I will never order or recommend from this location again, (and most likely Dominos in general) simply due to being refused rectification of messed up orders. I do not appreciate throwing my money in the garbage, especially in this economy with the ridiculous inflation going on.It's sad that a company will actively choose to lose a regular customer rather than fix their mistakes.

Ordered delivery, never arrived. Do not use if you want to actually eat the food you pay for. Also dominos "make it right" is a joke the make it right should be replacing your order at 100% cost not 20% off your next order or a free 2 topping pizza. Customer service was fine, they asked for my name but did not call upon me when my pizza was done so it was already lukewarm when I received it. Went home to a tepid cheese pizza. Whatever, it's been a long day! Upon eating this pizza, I noticed that the cheese seemed to taste of dish soap. The other "enjoyers" of this cool pizza seemed notice the soapy flavor as well! How they managed to do this, I have absolutely no clue! To put the icing on this disappointing, and uninspiring cake, the boneless chicken (which is not called chicken nuggets, all though that it is what it was) were bland, dry, cold, and overall frighteningly mid. Now, I am by NO means a Domino hater. I have had Domino's many-a-time and have THOROUGHLY enjoyed it. However, this location? I am rethinking my loyalty to this franchise. unless you want to choke on cowardly lumps of dry chicken, or frown at the peculiar dish soap taste that is in their cheese pizza, DO NOT GO HERE!Now, If you excuse me, I have a date with my toilet I am not looking forward too. Bah humbug!

Disgusting. Last time I order from them, my pizza was sloppy. looked and tasted a little undercookedI asked for extra cheese and Pepperoni and didn't get extra Pepperoni. It was just a mess
