I remembered this place from the last time I lived in the neighborhood. Food was good, but I suggest better to-go packaging for saucy items. The chicken and broccoli leaked all over everything else, and then was dry.We got take out this time, and will dine in next time.

Beware!!! Found a worm on my General Tso's Chicken! Gross! Usually they are my go to Chinese Restaurant. I knew something was up as soon as they said 10 minutes it will be ready. I placed a large order of different items on their menu! Long and behold I decided to check the food and within seconds it was easy to spot. Ugh.. Not being able to trust restaurants is an issue! When I called he said I previously complained.. Not true! They were just dismissive about the whole situation.

My review from 2016 still stands this is good typical American Chinese food. Not Authentic Chinese at all but then you really don’t find too many of those. The restaurant is so far strictly take out!

My family has been eating here regularly since way before they became Lucky Kitchen. I've never had a disappointing meal from them. When we're craving Chinese food, we call Lucky Kitchen. I am so grateful they have been able to adapt during the Covidity. We love getting take-away from them but we also do miss eating inside though. We look forward to 20 + more years of great food and service!

Today 3/12/2021 My working crew and I ask for some lunch actually 4 and the lady that take the order take the wrong order which is understandable but what it is not acceptable is the way that she complain and argue with me even though I am the customer, I am the one will pay and she made the mistake. Usually i don’t write reviews but this one deserves it.I’ll never come back and I’ll let anybody I know about it.

I normally love ordering from this restaurant for their quick and convenient delivery. My husband and I normally get combination meals and since there are no spicy options on the mention for my liking, I always ask for sides of hot oil. They charged me almost $30 just for two meals and 5 tiny sides of sauce. Normally we pay around $23 so $6 extra dollars? The lady on the phone said it’s because I asked for hot oil. But every other time I’ve gotten at least one free with my meal. What a joke. At least let us pay 25 cents a cup or charge us more for a larger cup. But I’m ordering hot oil because you don’t have super spicy food on the menu and I’d like my meals spicy, not because I’m hoarding hot oil.

Their food is delicious and their preparation is quick. I order from this place at least twice a month and it's consistently good. Their general tso chicken is crispy and one of the best I have tasted in the city of Providence. In comparison to other Chinese spots they are higher in price, but I always think it's worth it.
