Honestly came here because another cafe I’d seen down the street was closed when it was supposed to be open. Thank goodness it was! This place is amazing! Came twice in two days and ate way too much. Tiny, family-owned joint and the food is spectacular. Service is definitely a family-owned place. Feel you’re in their own kitchen. Go!

To put it into plain words, it was great. The meals were large at amazing prices. The pancakes were soft and delicious especially when topped with butter and a few blueberries in there.Overall I'd eat here again, the breakfast foods are amazing.

Teddy is owner and cook. He and the staff are very attentive and great service. Food is served hot and fresh. Not sure of previous inside photos are of same restaurant. Note my rating is adjusted to "greasy spoon" local fair. Its not Galatoire in New Orleans by any stretch of the imagination. Neighborhood is a bit rough but I felt safe. The restaurant filled up quickly with locals after opening, which is a good sign. I'd come back if in Providence again.
