Me and two my friends came today. We thought the food was trash. The calamari was so gross (I told the waiter we didn’t like it he didn’t even bother to take it off the bill), the mofongonitos were cold so the plaintain tasted old and gross (the meat inside of them was good) the tower fried platter was over cooked and cold as well when it came out. (Mind you it’s only 4pm so there was nobody even there to where our food would be sitting) Alfredo was ok. The hookah was good. The margaritas were good. The gratuity is included in bill and I personally will tip based off of service. Overall we weren’t impressed and definitely won’t be back anytime soon. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I went in with 2 friends and my daughter we all got our food separately and waited 1 hour to get the last plate. The food was over cooked and really expensive for the portion. Never again

3 servers passed us by when we were already seated for 15 mins. No communication between staff because the server who approached us didn't even know why we were sitting there. Unacceptable wait time when we ordered for 2 reasons. 1: it was an hour til close and other parties of 3-4 people were leaving. 2: we didn't order much; one hookah and 3 simple drinks. Took a while to cash us out and wait for my CC and ID to be handed back to me. The cherry on top; on their menu the hookah price is $20, they charged us $40. I can see why the GRATUITY IS ALREADY INCLUDED in the bill.

My salmon was burnt the mashed potatoes was dry and the vegetables was over cooked and salty and my wife chicken was dry/overcooked my appetizer was better than the entrée I’m from South Beach Miami Florida and this is not it and the waitress was unprofessional

I go out to restaurants a lot, just about every week. This restaurant, by far has THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received in my life. The host by the door was awkwardly standing there without approaching us. We were seated and waited about 20 minutes to receive any type of acknowledgement. I ordered STEAK and just like every other restaurant in the world, what is the FIRST question they are supposed to ask? ... "How would you like your steak cooked?" I was not asked. Also, me and my friend ordered the exact same plate. His had beans on it, mine didn't. I had to raise my hand as if I was in school to try to get someone's attention so that they can call my waitress over. I asked her for my beans and she told me that my plate doesn't come with beans. She had made a mistake and put beans on my friends plate and couldn't take the beans off since they were already on the plate. So I asked if it was going to be an extra charge for beans. She told me yes $2. And I told her that was fine and wanted a side of beans. I waited 5 minutes before I started actually eating my food and she still hadn't came to our table with my beans. I ended up eating my food without the beans. We called her to our table for like the 4th time and I advised her to not bring the beans anymore because I had already ate my food. She told me "I wasn't going to bring them" so now I'm confused because I specifically told her I wanted a side of beans and that was the response? Ok. So at the end, I know she saw we were a table of 4. She never once asked if we were paying together or separately. She brought us our bill and when we mentioned to split the bill in 3. She said she couldn't do that because she had already printed out the bill and we told her too late. But as a waitress, she never once asked. She then started catching a little attitude and we had asked to speak to a manger. We were advised there was no manager at the time. My friends husband did not enjoy his food or eat his food at all and still had to pay for his food. In the bill, they add their own tip so no matter how SHITTY your service was, you still need to leave a tip. I don't usually take the time out of my day to leave reviews because I never experience such bad customer service. But the customer service at this restaurant was so awful, it just didn't sit right with me to not let it be known. The food was not so great but my main complaint isn't about the food, it's about the service I received.

Service was horrible didn’t get attended to for about 40 minutes people came after us and got drinks and ordered food before we they came to us. Mofongo was trash put the unseasoned boiling water of the plantains as the juice for the mofongo it also came out cold. It’s a no for me !
