It's clear after the attempt to unionize and the way people working at this particular location respond to customers, the staff despise working here. I come in, and everyone appears to simply clock time, and they don't care about the customers. There's dozens of drinks ordered online or by app, so the only interactions staff are having with end consumers are when people breeze in and grab a coffee sitting on a counter... they never even look at the baristas who just made those drinks. Either bring in new management and create a better environment, or make space for an independent coffee shop like a Dave's or New Harvest to come in to meet local demand.Even allowing the employees to unionize at this shop isn't going to fix the bad atmosphere here. Significant training needs to be done.

Great Starbucks! Everyone is friendly, attentive to detail and efficient. I had long orders and whoever was at the register would always read it back. That was much appreciated. Great coffee and baked goods! Warm and clean with everything but the creamers available for convenience.

This is not a very good Starbucks. They have no outlets or USB ports at the sitting areas which is very disappointing.

My Favorite Stop after exiting the Bus at Kennedy Plaza on my way to Trader Joe's. The Chai w/Cream & Sugar was Excellent ! I will usually opt for an Iced or Hot Mocha or Caramel Cappuccino or Frapuccino or Latte & All are Delicious !

This Starbucks knows how to make a good coffee! You can just tell by the color of the coffee if it's going to be delicious and let me tell you the color never disappoints. This location has really good service too. I'm always welcomed when I go in and my online order is always ready at my pick up time or sometimes even earlier which I appreciate. Overall a good location just keep an eye for Parking since they only offer street parking.

The afternoon team is friendly and has always offered tips on when to redeem my stars for a free drink.Another unique part of this Starbucks is their seating area. While they don’t have any seats inside currently, they’re attached to a corporate office building. As a result there’s a huge atrium to the side that you can sit in with tons of natural light and greenery. It’s a nice little refuge from the winter weather in PVD with the same Starbucks menu you know inside and out.

Constantly putting my hot breakfast sandwiches on top of my iced coffees. So when my order is delivered the entire sandwich is completely old. I understand trying to save a bag but it’s basically like putting an ice pack on your food.

I mean it's a Starbucks, it's a bit pricey for what you get, but the coffee is decent and the staff is responsive. Always a solid choice. It's in a hotel so it caters to the folks staying there, but still has a good selection and mostly good service.
