I got the veggie stone pot bibimbap, which came with a cup of miso soup. A nice, healthy dinner! I liked the atmosphere - lots of wood and pretty lamps. The service was inattentive, unfriendly, and minimal, but the food came out okay and without a long wait.

This is a place I would proudly take my non-Korean friends to. Granted, I have been to this place only once. But it impressed me so much as for me to write a review. The servers were super friendly. The place was neat and clean, which reminded me of nice restaurants in S.Korea. Sashimi was fresh. The spring rolls were phenomenal (not necessarily Korean though). The bibimbap was really good! It had fresh vegies and ingredients. I will certainly visit again whenever I'm in Providence!

My colleague and I went to Sura the night before and the service was INCREDIBLE. I had to go back today to grab and go. They are so kind. The food, INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. Authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine. Ambiance is chill and the music is great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good eats and a chill vibe.

Ordered delivery. Once it was 15 min late, I called and first they said it was waiting for a pickup, then they said it wasn't finished and they needed another 15 min, then they said, actually needed 20 more minutes. I had to cancel the order. They clearly hadn't even started it, since it was only a few sushi rolls. No sorry. They just hung up.
The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Ordered spicy Korean Raman, but were given something different which was dry. Won’t honor her discount commitments when you reach the store.

This is my second time trying this place. The first time I went I just got cali rolls. My friend got ramen but was disappointed. I tried it again today and got Cali rolls and the house salad. The Cali rolls were okay but the salad was horrible. It wasn’t fresh, had all iceberg lettuce and was disgusting. They should have took it off the bill but of course did not. Service wasn’t the best either, I won’t be back!

No server came to ask us when we came in. When we asked for service after ten minutes waiting on the table, the servers even asked us where we were sitting(the restaurant was pretty empty at the time). Then after ordering, they served me a ramen with a spoon totally dropping in the soup. The server who brought the ramen to me obviously noticed this, but she pretended she didn’t see it. There was no any apologies when I said this to server. Besides, when my gf asked the staff about the direction to restroom, the staff replied rather unfriendly. The pho has no basil nor lime, and I can even taste the remnants of blood from the sliced beef.
