Our server, Cass D., greeted our group with evident displeasure. She openly complained to us about having to carry our martinis, expressing that it was a challenging task and hoping we wouldn't order them simultaneously again. When approached about her remarks, she dismissed them as jokes, expecting us to view them as such. Her conduct was highly unprofessional. Overall, I rate the service with 1 star due to its rudeness.

Great selection of beers to choose from. The pretzels were good, but not as good as I expected for something that’s supposedly homemade. They were still good though!

Pretzels are amazing. Service was attentive and solid. Atmosphere good but food beer selection and concept are unique.

I'm not a pretzel person normally, but these were so good! Very pleasantly surprised by their pretzel sandwiches. Our server wasn't the friendliest or most helpful, but otherwise solid experience.

Stopped for a quick drink and pretzel after seeing show AT PPAC. Laid back bartender was friendly, unfortunately waitress very cranky. Pretzels delicious but took a bit of time. Still nice way to end the

Wow! Great selection of gluten free pretzels and pretzel sandwiches (or salads). We tried the everything pretzel, meatball sandwich (yes it's GF!) and Cali Chicken sandwich. They were all amazing. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about their gluten free options. Parking is limited on the street but there are several lots nearby ($20 for the day). Definitely worth a visit if you're in Providence. You won't be disappointed!

Good vibes on the weekday and weekends. Their cinnamon pretzels are gas and their dipping sauces I love. I love me some bar pretzels. Will be coming back.

Awesome beer choices and I even liked the pretzel. Spent a few hours here drinking beer and watching the UFC 298 fights on my phone.
