Gave a score of 2 because of the size . Your charging too much for a small portion . A 2 piece one biscuit and side $12 . Tiny leg tiny thigh. The other reason Hispanic woman at window rushing like crazy I asked for receipt and napkin. Acted like I was bothering her . Not one single person in line and this is at dinner time July 7th. Will not come back .

I hate the fact that I have to say this, but I’m speaking from a place of love and for all foodies and fatback ppl. Popeye’s on Bald Hill Rd in WarRaq! Can you tell my why I can’t get an extra large of the frozen sweet tea lemonade?? The rep at the counter was very strict on upgrading my cup to an xtra large….Maam you don’t know if I’m Kieth Lee’s cousin on a mission to bless you… I even offer to pay for another drink in exchange for that sweet frozen lemonade and she refused my fatback request…. I was thoroughly disappointed and so was my stomach. And how yall ain’t never got any dirty rice…Management need to step it up frfr…

This place is the worst Popeyes location I've been too. Nothing is the way it is supposed to be, and the people working there look like they just left the methadone clinic.

Visited this location multiple times and every single time there’s been multiple things forgotten and/or made wrong. Pure incompetence in these people. They need to listen and not be lazy.

We ordered 2 chicken wraps. They were terrible! Not worth the $ 4 each and we are not picky.

For whatever reason, this location gave me the worst breaded chicken sandwich I have ever had, not to mention I'm also on my 4th hour dealing with the worst abdominal pain I've had in years. And Popeyes usually has good sandwiches. If 4 bites of a disgusting sandwich gives me this bad of food poisoning, I'm never returning to this location again.

Popeyes is good chicken. Taste was as expected, so I appreciate that. Cashier had trouble taking our order but we didn't notice until after paying. Ordered 4 meals and we only had 3 and a couple extra sides. She couldn't understand what was wrong so she got the manager. I end up just buying another seperate meal and still getting sick with the 2 extra sides. If that wasn't enough, the order came out missing an item. I asked about it and ended up waiting almost another 10 minutes to get a side order of fries they forgot to put in the bag. Took 50 minutes to get 4 meals from this place. Worst Popeye's experience i ever had. Side note, the place wasn't even busy until after they forgot our side item. Time was approximately 6pm.

Got told to eat rocks at the ta location, called the location here and got a polite gentleman I believe was the manager he said come on down to warwick I got got you with everything and took great care of us made everything fresh and had the best hospitality and manners I've ever been given at a restaurant I would give 10 stars if able to

I have eaten at Popeyes restaurant many times in many different locations and this has to be the worst visit I’ve ever had. I was served raw chicken after warming it up because it was served to me. Cold spent over $45 on my meal that barely covered what it was supposed to cover the sides were cold and small i ordered a single order on shrimp it was smashed into a round side dish container and it was absolutely disappointing. I waited 30 minutes for my order even putting in a pre-order in and watch staff just walk back and forth never addressing me to let me know they just ignored me.

in response to the company’s response i did use the online app to order this meal that advice is not useful but maybe a retraining on your crews part would be helpful

Workers are over worked at this location. Employees tried to keep a positive attitude while working in hazardous and extreme heat conditions. It is 80 degrees out and the establishment has no functioning AC. The poor workers are forced to prop the door open and it feels hotter inside because of all the kitchen equipment. All workers are sweaty and look exhausted. Owner please do something about this as these people are working to make YOU money and YOUR business successful.

Picked up the family meal and it fed my family of 4 and was hot and fresh. The staff were under-manned but still quick and friendly. Not a ton of room to sit and eat if you're looking for that though. 2 booths ans one 4 seat counter.
