Quite possibly the slowest “fast food” I have ever been. I gave them a few chances because I understand staffing issues and whatnot but everytime I come to this place no matter what time of day they are so slow and it’s not even busy. Just sat at the drive thru with zero cars behind me for 30 minutes with only a “we will be with you in a minute” when I first got to the order speaker and sat there for 15 minutes. The food has always been good and the people haven’t been bad once you finally are able to get your food but they are soooo slow to not have any other customers.

I asked for no ice and got extra ice. I asked for cheese on the sandwich and got none. My chicken sandwich was overcooked. The self-serve kiosk didn’t work. The employee at the counter wasn’t helpful.However the bright light and the best thing about the restaurant was the manager on duty. She was extremely helpful and attentive.

We arrived pretty late, around 9:30 pm. The service was fast, and the food was freshly prepared. The bathrooms were clean.Parking: This McDonald's is attached to a gas station. There is plenty of parking on all sides.

Stopped by just before 10pm on Friday and the dining room was already put up (chairs on tables) and locked, with workers inside in kitchen. Sign on the door said dining room open until midnight. Do what you say.

I usually stop at the McDonald’s on Exit 27 but I made the mistake of stopping at this one on Exit 19.I ordered an iced coffee and the young girl told me to pull to the 3rd window and wait. After sitting there 5 minutes and watching 2 cars behind me getting their orders and driving off I backed up to the 2nd window and asked for my coffee. The girl handed it to me and I noticed the color was too dark but I just took it because I had to get to work.I took one sip and it tasted so horrible I had to spit it out in a napkin. I’ll stick with the McDonald’s on Exit 27 from now on where they know how to make good tasting iced coffee and it only takes them a second to do it.
