If I could give no stars, I would. This place has the worst service. The people "working" there are most likely on drugs or drunk. They refuse to complete orders if they don't want to. The laziest place over ever seen. I wouldn't be surprised if the employees mess with the food in ways that would cause a lawsuit. These people just don't care about anything. They should all be replaced.

I watched the sandwich maker wrap the sandwiches and then throw them like frisbees onto the line. The sandwiches flipped over and the wrapping came off. I told the general manager and she didn't seem to care. It wasn't my food, but I don't want some idiot throwing my food before I eat

Unfortunately Arby’s gets a 2 star from me. I love your fish sandwich, I believe it’s the best in the world and the amazing 2/7 price can’t be beat. Your staff needs a refresher course on sanitary and appearance. I got food poisoning. The manager did not have on Arby’s uniform and no one had on hairnet or gloves. Maybe someone was sick and handling my food. I eat there a lot and this was the first time this happened to me. I wish I came on here about my experience when it happened but unfortunately I did not I was sick in bed. After that I have stopped eating at the restaurant, this happened about 3 weeks ago. Maybe I will get the courage to give it another try someday.

I ordered 4 beef n cheddar's but once I got home it was just beef and no cheddar or Arby's sauce. Also I ordered mozzarella sticks only to have no marinara. I guess I need to open the wrappers before leaving next time.

Ordered from a third party service. Wanted curly fries with my meal and horsey/Arby’s sauce. Standard. The third party called to let us know the Arby’s was out of curly fries… sucks but ok it is what it is.Pretty sad excuse for customer service. I called to ask about the curly dry issue and got hung up on or sent to voicemail 5 times.Great location but the people working here definitely leave something to be desired. Not sure who owns this location but I hope they can rectify the issues because I love their food! Would hate to see this place closed down like so many other restaurants around them. Lily Martinez is the manager and I know she would want to know about how her employees are running her investment.
They had no ice, so, you could only get a luke warm drink. I ordered the fish and fries. Asked for vinegar packets when ordered and at the window. Received none. Only Tartar sauce, that we didn't ask for. The fish is pitiful and about the size of old school 80s school lunch fish sticks. Cold fries, cold fish and roast beef sandwich. The place had no other customers. Horrible Arby's experience.
