I was given a free sub coupon last time I came in. Dont know what for but i qas given it when i ordered a large cheddar and brisket. Went to use it and your staff was so rude I almost walked out. Unreal. It's like I was trying to rob them of their last and only sandwich in the store.

Sub was mediocre, not terrible, but definitely the worst firehouse sub I've even had. I ate it right away, and the "hot" sub was just warm, and the bread was kinda soggy.The soda from the coke freestyle machine was absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if it needs new filters or what, but it had a really bad aftertaste, like dirty water. Had to dump out my $3 drink.So disappointed

This was my first time ordering online. I had a code for a free Hook and Ladder with any purchase. The options to "customize" were super basic online. They give you 3 options for amounts yet they have so many other subs to choose from but they won't let you swap out the cheese or sauce or veggies. It's that or nothing. Weird!! Anyways.. when i placed the order it was scheduled for a certain timeframe. I go to the restaurant to get it and they are so understaffed the lady behind the counter is rushing trying to fill as many online orders as fast as she can. I can tell she is very tense and very focused. I am able to ask her if she has filled my order, she snips at me a bit, but i tell her no i am not trying to rush you i just wanted to know if you had another sauce instead of the one I ordered. Once she realizes that she can slow down a bit you can immediately see the tension let off her shoulders. She made one heck of a great sandwich!!!

Sure they were about to close at 9 but tone -deaf jerks like me stumble in right before closing and these guys Couldn't have been Nicer! Big points for great staff! Clean place , really yummy sandwich! Thanks guys, you made my night!

I was the sonly customer in the place with 6 employees working and no one would acknowledge me standing there to take my order. Then the lady kept saying “Huh”when I was trying to place my order, didn’t give me a receipt say thank you or anything. As I am waiting 15 minutes the ceiling is leaking and about to fall so an employee thinks it’s good idea to stick a broom through it and make it fall. Keep in mind this is over the drink and ice station and installation falling everywhere. This was the first and last time I’ll ever be back. I wish the owner would give me a call so I could really tell him how the employees were acting.

My first mistake may have been ordering online. I had a 15 minute drive home. By the time I had a chance to eat, the bread resembled a "Sponge" soggy and wet. Perhaps this product is best eaten in there shop. Which is both very clean and welcoming. However food does not travel well.
