I want to recognize Will for a wonderful lunch today. It was delicious (turkey and provolone on rosemary bread), and he let me sit at a table while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. I read a book, made phone calls, and did some computer work. I give Will 5 stars for Southern Hospitality!

The owner is steadily collecting his or her paycheck while not addressing any issues going on in their place. Employees are not paying attention to what's supposed to be put on the sandwich but rather, put whatever they deem necessary. Completely opposite of what I asked for!! Perhaps check on your place cause your employees are making you and your business look bad.

Ordered over 1 hour ago online and when I got there, none of my sandwiches were made. They were catering to customers in line as if my business never mattered. Highly disappointed and very inconvenient!!!!!

We stopped in for an expertly made sandwich and BAM, we got one. The crew here are friendly, and the sandwich was really good. We are RV people so we look for Jersey Mike's because we know we will get good food. And this location made really good crispy bacon. I do love crispy bacon on my turkey sandwich #7 Mike's way....well minus the tomatoes.Thanks JM. Good job!!!

They were really busy today so there was a more than usual wait time. However most of the wait time wasn’t because the employees weren’t doing their job it was from customers stopping them to complain about the wait.I think the staff is exemplary. With a packed dining room, pick up orders, door dash pickups and some impatient/rude customers they still managed to be courteous and knock the orders out. To the young man that was working the slicer, taking orders, and ringing up customers. You rock!!

I don't leave reviews but today I am. This place has very incompetent workers!!! For the second time now, they did not start my online order!!! They're not even paying any attention and the only response both times is "I didn't see it or I didn't know it was there." I arrived 25 minutes after I placed my order just to find out they never even started it!!!!!!!!!!!!! The order receipt was clearly sticking out of the machine behind them so the excuses are lame!!!!Jersey Mike's totally wasted my time today!!! It's not worth the time coming to a place where people don't want to do their job!!! Yet, they never forgot to run their mouths like a car motor traveling all day!!! This is really upsetting and I wish there was a 0 star rating because that's exactly what this place deserves!!! I don't even know if the owner even checks in on their place. Undercover Boss these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our family is from Nashville, TN, and chose to have dinner at JM’s after driving 10 hours to get to the beach. The manager on shift was super kind and attentive to our order, and the food was as good as always. Also, the sweet tea was A+, which, if you’ve had sweet tea routinely in the South, is surprisingly hard to find. We had a great experience and I wanted to share our family’s appreciation for when food service men/women do their job well.
I come to this location often and always receive great service. On Sept 6, 2023 during busy lunch rush, they were extremely busy, but the 3 people working upfront were busting their butts, smiling and very courteous. Great to see in these times we are living.Great Job Jersey Mike’s Lady’s Island

Completely incompetent!! I asked for the sandwich not to be cut and they cut it anyway. I asked for a diet soda and got a regular.This is Gen Z at its finest. A bunch of clueless individuals that have no idea how to follow directions. Can y'all even read?? Get back in the womb and absorb the right prenatal vitamins!!!!I will order at the Jersey Mike's on Robert Smalls where the employees there actually care about customer requests. (At least for me)I was on this side of town and should have waited til I got back over there.

I had a very terrible experience at this location. The manager Kennedy Williams was extremely rude and should not be a manager at this store or any place. Thanks to her i have a no trespass at this location all because I asked her not to speak to me in that tone bc i am a paying customer and i should be treated with respect. I was told to leave if i dont like it. Maybe i should have but i came there to get dinner for my family. If dont like her job she should not work in customer service.

They don’t know how to make a sub the right way. Luckily the brand jersey Mike is solid and the ingredients are but these ppl are turning sub making into calculus bc people in the south do not get it. You need to send down northern ppl to train these ppl
