Ordered 4 happy meals to go. There must be a french fry shortage. Very few french fries in 3 none in the forth. Check everything!

Ordered a big Mac meal LARGE and when we got to the window they said they were out of large cups so they gave us a medium, which is fair enough. But then I was told they could not adjust the price because all the drinks are the same price. So if I were to order just a drink,I can get a large for the price of a small?? I don't think they can match correctly. I feel as though I was ripped off. Not to mention the employee that RUDELY interrupted the girl that was helping us in the first place and carried with him this attitude, all over a minor price adjustment.....

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!We ordered on the inside kiosk, #648. The machine did not print a receipt ( no biggie) was our thought. We waited 20 mins with no food, my husband approached the counter as you could hear the Chaos from the employees. The disarray and unorganized staff. Now we are 35mins and still no food. The manager on duty has ZERO control of the store and the employees. We were told not to get upset as this location is also known to mess with your food. Needless to say, we left. We did not receive our food, an apology or an offer for a refund. Instead all we got from the staff and the manager was excuses on where our food was. We are now out $56.00. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Couldn't give less than 1 star. Door said closed at 11pm. Google says closed at 11pm but doors locked and employees mopping ignoring customers. Not helping customers through drive through either.

Absolute worse experience of my life anytime I try to give this McDonald’s a chance they screw up the order or got rude people taking orders at drive thru. Most recent time they threw clump of ice into my food so everything was cold and wet by the time I got

This had to be the worst possible experience at any McDonald’s I have been to in the whole United States- no joke, and in my opinion, I don’t even feel this restaurant should be operating.I am from out-of-town and was traveling through. We stopped to order lunch. First, the restaurant waiting area was absolutely filthy; french fries were crushed on the floor from being walked on so much, the lids for tea containers were off (unsanitary), and there was trash or spilled drink residue in many places on the floor.I went to use the restroom and could not even access any utility because there was so much urine on the floor that I did not feel it was sanitary to even walk to it, not to mention the sink was leaky (water all over that area) and the hand sanitizers also appeared to be out. I was appalled by this. I literally went in the bathroom, saw its condition, and walked out. That’s never happened and I was truly disgusted.Afterwards, we got our order and it was put on the stand for picking up to-go orders. We had to tell the employee we needed drinks. We got to the drink dispenser and noticed they were out of ice, teas, and most sodas. We let the staff know and one lady disrespectfully told us they were out of everything and we could get water. We said we did not want water, others wanted soda and I wanted tea. So, she walks off mid-conversation and goes to get fries for other customers. We stood there for five minutes wondering what she was doing and the next thing we know, two other employees stood there talking about personal things leaving us standing there with no help, even though we asked continuously. We asked another employee where our drinks were and she said tea was brewing; I said only one of us wanted tea and we would just like our money back for drinks at this point. She rolled her eyes and walked off and then made fun of us to other employees that we wanted our money back and were impatient. The next thing we know we were all brought back teas that tasted horrible/ which is not what we ordered. We were given a receipt and were ignored by other staff to get our money back before we just decided to leave. The food was horribly cold and we decided to throw it away and eat somewhere else, wasting money and time in the process. I was fine throwing my food away anyway given the unsanitary conditions of the restaurant.Overall, this was the most disrespectful and careless customer service I have experienced, and probably the most dirty and unclean place I have ever seen. It makes me want to boycott McDonald’s for allowing franchises to look like this- it’s sad.

Came before the dinner rush. Fries were stone cold. Asked for extra ketchup. Got none. How do these guys stay in business? I'll NEVER go back.

These guys are a joke. Whatever you order, you will not get it, unless you check your bag in front of them. BEWARE. Do not go home without checking your bag. Always something

I Door Dashed dinner for my kids and I tonight. Sadly, this location can’t seem to get it right. Our dasher called to see if apple pies would do in place of cookies since they were out. Sure, why not. Usually we get cookies in place of pies. The Happy meal came with apples and fries rather than the double order of fries ordered. The McCrispy meal was missing the fries and my Bacon McDouble had onions despite having ordered it without onions. As for our apple pies. They were the most dry, chewy, miserable excuses for pies I’ve seen in quite a while. As much as I encourage my children to never let food go to waste, these went straight to the trash. My sandwich was good after I picked all of the tiny bits of onion off. The kids didn’t complain about their nuggets or sandwiches, just the lack of fries.I want so badly to support our local business owners but this location needs attention.

I mean, it’s McDonalds. It doesn’t have a lot going for it in the first place. But this is not the first time I’ve gone through the drive through and been told “the system is down.” Happens a lot here it seems. I’d say go to Wendy’s across the street but they have regularly done the same thing.

Went there at 9pm with a confirmation for an online order and was told they were closed. Told them my confirmation number and was told to call the 800 number for a refund. Told them their online hours do not reflect their closure and they turned the lights off and stopped responding. 10 other cars came and left including a confirmed door dash order. Now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund even though they knew they were closed when they took my order. If I could give zero starts I would. Terrible customer service and support,

Can't even make a cheeseburger ketchup only correct isn't that the first step? Will not be back
