Placed a pickup order, when I arrived my order was done,but 1 girl was working the counter and she was on the phone for quite awhile getting a order and seemed like she didn't know alot and had a hard time. I ended up being there about 10 minutes or more waiting even though my order was ready when I arrived.

The cashier was unorganized. She made faces as I walked ouagfer receiving my food. Time stamp January 26,2024 at 7:09 pm. Random person walked in and started putting pizza boxes together and I’m not even sure if she was an associate. She didn’t even have the nerves to wash her hands.

Really disappointed when I got home just to find my pizza being mostly bread and missing half the toppings I paid for. Should have checked before I left. I do not intend to come back. This is sorry work and piss poor Performance.

just had the worst pizza in my life! Spent a great day in Beaufort SC and decided to get order-in for dinner. ordered Pizza Hut thru UberEats. the Uber delivery was fine and quick. the small pepperoni pizza and 2 sodas I ordered (and paid $37 for) was the driest, tasteless, piece of "I don't know what" I ever tried to eat. if you're ever in the area, DONT give Pizza Hut a try!!!

Store on Robert Smalls Parkway in Beaufort, SC was closed Friday July 7th at 6pm However, my Hut Rewards were deducted from my account and my Visa card charged for the extra pizza I ordered. Very poor business practice. None of the other Pizza Huts in town would help out with order. Pizza Hut has lost our business.
