NO JALAPENOS and the meat way under cooked it was pink not even cooked and cold. dou to my job had no time to return. In the trash it went. 13+ Dollars.

No matter when I go to Burger King in Beech Island, my food is cold and I always ask them to make my meal fresh but still comes out tasting old. I won't be going to that location anymore. The staff is always nice but the food is not good to me.

I’ve tried this location a few times over the past few months hoping it would get better. But it only gets worse! Employees would rather stand around and talk than work. Service is unbelievably slow and staff is rude and lazy. Do everyone a favor and lock the doors!!!!

This drive thru is one of the worst! They were not busy, no line at all, they had me wait to place my order, I tried to get them to get my order in and was asked to wait, after 3 other cars got behind me , I left and went to McDonald's, I got my food there, and when going back by burger King the same cars were waiting still. That is completely stupid for a fast food restaurant!

Only got half my order.I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food ..the crew person even said repeatedly that he was sorry for my wait (I was the only customer in drive thru and no customers inside either.) He also stated he gave me a fry and pie for my wait.(I had ordered a fry and a halves so that was no gift.) I'd still would have loved my burgers as well but got 1 small fry & the chicken sandwich nothing else.) A total waste of time plus, I paid yet nothing but 1 sandwich & fry O.o) money refunded & never again!All that's great, except, I only got half my order I even asked if it was all in that one small bag. He was quick to say yes ma'am etc, but it wasn't. It was 30 min before closing as well still waited over 15 min for this.. Lord help that location otherwise down the damn toilet. Beware! They need to hire professionals instead if children and a manager should be there as well that knows their job! Ughh*****UPDATE*****11/09/23*****Called and spoke with the manager. He was friendly understanding & genuinely interested in making things right. So, I went back up to the burger king and he gave me the entire order again & this time it was correct!Where i thought i only got half my order was actually someone elses order totally. So its had been made right. And all is well in the world again...for now :) !Thank youT.W.(beech island S.C.)
