Had the pleasure of eating some Iron City BBQ Co at Cats Paw Winery in Blacksburg. It was so good!! Definitely worth a trip, and I'm not even partial to BBQ. Check them out if you're nearby!
They had a pop up tent set up at a cheerleading competition I was at. Obviously they had a limited menu but I had the brisket mac n cheese and it was amazing. Some other people I know had either the wings, pulled pork sandwich, and the pulled pork mac n cheese. Each one of them said it was great. I plan on making the trip to Blacksburg to go to the restaurant and eat more.
If heaven had a smoker, it’d smell like Iron City BBQ. The smoked chicken was juicy and the brisket with potato salad deserves its own fan club. All served by very friendly folks! Did not leave hungry.
