I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at Popeyes, and I feel compelled to share it. I was trying to place an order through the drive-thru, and a young lady asked to confirm my order. As I was answering her, another representative Doretta, response was  shockingly rude. She stated "I wasn’t speaking to you pull up and F’ing wait." Not only was this unprofessional, but the language was completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
I understand that fast food establishments can get busy, but there's no excuse for treating customers like that. Doretta’s behavior was not only disrespectful, but it also reflects poorly on the brand as a whole. I’ve always been a fan of Popeyes’ food, but this experience has definitely made me rethink my choice of where to dine. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this kind of behavior with their staff in the future. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, no matter the situation

Awful place. Rude people. Had been there two times. Same thing. Incomplete order, don’t give you receipt. Super slow slow slow cook. Rude answers… If here would be -5 star I would use it, one start is way too much for such a terrible place.

Just had an horrible experience we place an order for an 8piece family meal which was going to cost us 42$ and some change. While waiting in line we looked on the app and discovered a better deal for an 10 piece family meal for like 24$. When we got to the window the girl was nice and got help from the manager. When the manager came to the window she had an horrible attitude. Stating “I already rung it up” like okay it’s nothing for you to go in and press a few buttons. After that the initial girl came back and rung us up mind you she was very nice. The manager walked up to her while stating out loud “have them pull up I don’t have time for them holding up my line” which is understandable but it’s the principle of how she went about providing customer service. Every time we come to this place we are always served with horrible attitudes. It’s ridiculous. The customer service is horrible I believe the manager on duty is doretta. Dorenda what ever her name is needs to be fired asap! On top of that once we arrived at home or order was wrong. We asked for fries and Mac and cheese and we received mashed potatoes with gravy…. On top of not receiving a receipt

Went to Popeyes in Boiling Springs today. My husband asked for white meat as he usually does. The girl taking our order respond... and I quote NOPE in a disrespectful tone. She need to learn how to talk to customers. I would appreciate if a manager at this location would respond.

Service was awful!
Basically if you have more than 2 people eating on the same order they are completely incapable of getting even the smallest thing right
So I guess I won’t be back
Ugh u love their food but the service is awful !!
Also the fountain drink machine was completely empty in the dinning area so had to get drinks from behind the counter

Excellent tasting chicken with real mouth watering Popeyes special recipe flavor done to perfection by the excellent cooks at this Boiling Springs ,SC location 😋.

They are not on the menu, but healthy option is the blackened grill chicken.
