The worst experience ever. I was very careful when I ordered my meal, but the Burrito that came out did not at all match the description on the menu. When I told them I didn't ask for a red sauce, they wanted to argue that burriots always have a red sauce. It was DROWNED in it. I told them it's not what I ordered, showed them the description on THEIR menu. The owner lady came over and still insisted ALL burritos ordered from anywhere always come with a red sauce and it's MY fault for not asking them to leave off an ingredient I have no idea even came with the dish. They didn't offer to remake it without it. Insisted it was my problem. I barely ate 3 bites of it and they still charged me the full amount. Never again.

Very good place, from my experience it was nice and quiet. Great food, salsa tasted very unique compared to every other mexican restaurant i've ever been to. Definitely worth a try.

Amazing food and excellent service! If you think you’ve had good Mexican food, think again. Delicious HOMEMADE salsa and chips. The chips were hot and melted in our mouths. We think it’s owned by a husband and wife and she gave us menu suggestions and brought us some of her (also homemade) green salsa to try! Food was great, decently priced, and the service was so good. Definitely give Pancho’s a try.

As far as the food it was ok. The Special (Posile) was a soup with Chicken, hominy, cilantro, Pico and lime was pretty good but the rest was just ok. The kids chicken fingers were 2 small tenders that were mostly crunchy breading that my toddler wouldn't eat but the kids shrimp was good. The tacos were ok but shells seemed stale. The server was friendly but it was difficult bc he didn't speak great English. But here's where the issue is... he sat down my plate right between me and my 2yr old and said 'careful is hot.' To prevent my 2yr from touching it I tapped the side lightly to move it and immediately my skin was burnt. The plate must have come directly out of the oven, and literally burnt my finger which is now blistered (1hr later). If it had been my son that got burnt like that I would be calling a lawyer. Moreso when I told the waiter he said yes its hot but didn't understand my seriousness. When we told the manager she said 'ok thank you' and that was it, no apology. I straight told her you can not bring a plate right from the oven to a table especially next to a child... but again, nothing. I'm appalled that they didn't or wouldn't acknowledge that this was a serious matter. Was going to post a pic of the chicken fingers and my burnt finger but it's not allowing me. Definitely won't be back.

Always love Panchos, and I miss having a branch in Liberty. Everything was delicious as usual. We went for lunch. I could tell that Pancho wasn't cooking tho. I get more sauce on my Maria Special when he's in the kitchen. I missed that extra sauce

Best Mexican restaurant we’ve been to. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and is served hot. Chips and salsa are great. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend their Chile Verde.

Really good Mexican food that I have had in a while. I regret not coming here sooner even though I live quite nearby. We had whole pinto bean soup which was a first for me. We had few other items from seafood which were pretty good. Interior is fabulous, staff is the best, specially Maria who was really fun and warm to talk to.

I could eat their mild salsa by the gallon. Seriously...they sell it in 32oz containers if you want to eat it for your entire meal like I do! :) Best salsa in the upstate, and the rest of the food is great too!
