I booked this chefs table tasting weeks before coming to Charleston. Arrived and seated quickly at the chefs table bar seating . Eight seats . Greeted by chefs and staff , and wine explained for each course . I cannot explain how delicious the food was . Oysters, Gazpacho , Korean bun, Scallops with Carolina Rice, Duck, Peach cake desert to die for! Numerous bites , all excellent . Chef Orlando and Zach and crew fabulous . Don’t miss them gen in Charleston!
