The nerve of this place. I’ve been to other places busy then this a the customer service was awesome. This place sucks when it comes down to delivery if u have lazy workers who can’t climb stairs to do the job plz find someone else to do it…… ordered some wings never got them called back he said I’ll send someone an hour later no chicken ??♀️ woke up this morning to take trash out what do I see my wings on the stairs like really u had what 5 more steps to take ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ Fyi we don’t eat off the ground

Considering how much gluten-free food is these days... it can be a mixed bag. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my 10-in pizza (which is the size they make in gluten free...) to see that the cheese was all the way to the edge! Though it's small, it is mighty in taste! Yummy ingredients to build your own... I opted for bacon, salami and cheddar to top my mozzarella cheese with a garlic parmesan base instead of the regular marinara.They have a coupon online which will save you for $5 out the gate! So for $12-13 this is a great meal for someone with celiac or a gluten intolerance like myself.The pre-ordered curbside car side delivery was spot on and with a call as soon as I arrived... was delivered to my car and under a minute! With so many options out there the little guys included.. this chain is often forgotten. They did a pretty decent job making sure there was no cross-contamination as I feel fine after eating the pizza! Can't wait to go back and try other options and different types of pizzas with the build your own option!

An amazing experience, last minute online order and they were able to do a special "Halloween" surprise for me and my fiancé. Super sweet about the request and not at all what we expected. Loved it, great people and a great place. 15/10!!!

They messed up the order. Didn’t apologize. Took an hour to send the correct order. I called and asked for a refund because it was so late. Pedro was rude and said he’s not giving me a refund. I’m calling corporate tomorrow. Pedro needs to be fired. I’ll never use this dominos again. It’s always terrible and there are many better options. The correct pizza never came.

My order was wrong so I called to ask if they could send the correct order, they said 20 minutes & I said that’s perfectly fine, after over an hour it never came, it was 10:30 pm on a Monday by this time so I called back again & just asked for a refund & Pedro was very rude, plus I was refused a refund. He also called the driver and told them not to deliver my fixed order. Thanks ?

The food was awesome we got wings and pasta. Nathan are delivery driver was nice. The pin point delivery brought it straight to the tailgate at credit one stadium. Cups plates napkins the works!!!

Our driver, James, went all the way back to the store for our sauces on our delivery. We thought he was going back to his car to grab them and after awhile, we thought he just left. But he was actually driving all the way back to the store to grab them! I wish we would have known so he didn't have to do that, but it was shockingly good customer service!
The reviews for this place are definitely spot on. Worst Domino’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Placed my order online, got to the store at the time it said it would be ready by. They hadn’t even began making it yet. Instead they’re all walking around hanging out with loud vulgar and extremely obscene and disgusting music blaring from someone’s Bluetooth speaker I get home and my pizza is literally melted to the cardboard, to the point where I had to scrape it off with a spatula. I called the store and spoke with “Benny” and after I told him the issue his exact words were “yeah, that’s the problem with the thin crust, that always happens.” Well, no Benny, it doesn’t. I order thin crust pizza everywhere I go and I’ve never had to scrape my pizza off of the box. He claims he “cancelled” the order but I have yet to see any refund come through. Do not go to this Domino’s. There is a Papa Johns about 10 minutes from Daniel Island that is 100% better than this Domino’s could ever be. Management really needs to reconsider their staff here.

There was never anything cold in my order that shouldn’t be. There was never random ingredients in my order that shouldn’t have been there. There was never anything missing. Listen. If you’ve gotten this far, you’re probably either drunk or high. Hear me now. You can trust this dominos, I know you’ve been burned before. This dominos will come quickly, and be made within a reasonable degree of the way you ordered it. Which is so much better than I(and likely you) grew up with. Thank you Daniel Island dominos, for being the absolute best dominos I’ve ever ordered from in my life. Never change.

I have never experiences such horrible service from any Domino's location before.A while back, we ordered food, when it delivered the order was completely wrong, after waiting over an hour for it to be delivered. I called and they said they would credit my order for next time. Cool.I called to order tonight and the young lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, I asked to speak with the manager because she could not figure out the whole credit thing and wanted me to repeat my order after it already took way to long to give her to begin with. We get our order and AGAIN it's the completely wrong pizza.... seriously? How is it that difficult?I call back and ask to speak to Rob the manager and instead of saying "he's unavailable at the moment, I get "he's in the bathroom"... really? Can we have a little bit of professionalism? So I told her I would hold. I had to call back because after sitting on hold for 10 minutes, he's still in the bathroom? I mean come on.I talk to Rob and let him know that yet again, I have received the completely wrong pizza. I'll be escalating how bad of an experience I have had with Domino's corporate office tomorrow, but trust the reviews. This location is very unprofessional, they mess up orders and just don't seem to care to much. We'll be ordering from Orlando's from now on. The franchise owner needs to do something before he's put out of business.
