Visited on a Thursday afternoon with 2 guests - restaurant wasn't very crowded (just a few other guests).Wouldn't describe staff as necessarily friendly - just did their job.Nice, clean atmosphere in a cute little tucked away location. Would recommend for a casual, quick meal with very decent prices.-Broccoli Cheddar (Average)-Greek Lemon Chicken Soup (Good)-She Crab Soup (Good)-Grilled Turkey Sandwich (Good)

Got the pear salad, it was a mountain of lettuce &onions with a few thin pear slices & small handful of walnuts.There's no way you could it a pear saladVery disappointed!

Absolutely atrocious! I got the loaded potato soup and it had absolutely NO FLAVOR, not a speck of seasoning, only flavor was from the hard layer of bacon that congealed on top of my bowl. The cheese was like soggy bandaids floating in the milky muck that was supposed to be potato soup and the sandwich was some how bitter? Even though it was just cheese! Had to dump packets of salt and pepper just to get even a hint of flavor. Really disappointed as I had heard good things about this place and I paid 11 dollars for a bowl of mushy disappointment. Restaurant itself was nice though and the woman at the counter was nice but other than that it was definitely not worth spending the money in any sense of the word.

I found some type of live bug in my Caesar salad. I saw its legs moving which made me notice it thankfully. Needless to say I was put off my lunch.

Cozy little restaurant specializing in soups, salads and sandwiches. We enjoyed the garden vegetable soup and the pear and blue cheese salad with champagne vinaigrette. Everything was delicious and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I've only ever gotten take out since I live close to Ladles, but it's always been great! Personal favorites are the Greek Lemon and Loaded Potato soups. It's super cheap for the value and my friends love the grilled cheese.
This place is phenomenal. I have never tasted soup this good before. They also give you samples so you can decide on which one to get. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves soups. They have a variety of other items as well ❤️❤️
Nice location, good food.Haven't been there before, so I would have liked to be told more about the meals / combo options, instead of just "everything is a la cart". Also had to pay an extra fee for "hospitality " - I guess because it's downtown...

I've ate here a couple of times & it was okay but one time I ordered & I was missing a soup & when I told them about it that gave a snappy attitude & said I didn't order it when I clearly said it at the counter. Will never come back
