The manager Dan Buceti made my visit a most memorable one. His genuine friendliness and his hands on approach with his staff was a delight to experience. He needs to be recognized for his managerial skills as well as his person demeanor. Superb hospitality and outstanding food is why i will return. I love MSBC and try to stop by one on every road trip if possible! Every single one is awesome, but this one has been by far the friendliest I've been to. I was struggling a little this morning with two kids and the staff helped me get a high chair, sanitized it, and got me silverware. The food was on point as well. Love that they have a vegetarian friendly dish. We get the 2 eggs with biscuit & shitake gravy (with the perfect amount of kick to it!)! 10/10 recommend this place!!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian gravy

Just tried the chicken tenders meal. Sooo good! The tenders were lightly breaded and so moist. Loved the chips drizzled with honey. Customer service was awesome. I’d placed my order to go, and I did notice that it took a bit longer than I’d anticipated. No sweat, I figured that meant my food was freshly cooked. As it turns out, a member of the kitchen staff came out with my meal apologizing profusely. She’d been caught up with another task and forgot my order. She insisted on comping my meal which wasn’t necessary but very much appreciated. The staff here are very focused on customer service. Two thumbs up! ???
