Paid with a $10 bill and the lady dropped it so it flew away. She didn’t care, still charged me for the $4 coffee and still had the nerve to ask for a tip.

I was racially discriminated against by Marc. He refused to serve me in the same manner that he did everyone prior to me. Upon reaching out to corporate twice to figure out why I was treated the way I was, I got a call back from the DM. When asked the question of why I was treated the way I was she responded “ I don’t know what was going on in his (Marc) head. I’m so livid!

I ordered a coffee and the server brought the wrong size. When I told him that he gave me the wrong size he said read the label he’s not wrong and that I didn’t order the size that I said I did. Was very upset that he felt so entitled to tell me everything I ordered was wrong and that he doesn’t make mistakes.

The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I live on the island so I continuously have given them a try. They drinks are never correct. They never taste good. And I always do a mobile order. The point of a mobile order is to order ahead and it be ready. The past 3-4 times I have done that, I have waited 30+ minutes and never received my order. People who mobile order don’t have time to sit inside and wait 30+ minutes on top of the expected time it would be done. We have things to do and get to. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff are rude and don’t care. Would never recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Waited 56 minutes for three cold drinks and three baked goods. The staff were trying but there was insufficient help to handle the volume and the mobile ordering caused a complete disaster. The staff didn’t apologize or even have concern that a dine in family waited an hour for their drinks.

Wow, this is my go-to morning or afternoon coffee place. Today I didn't get any coffee but I did get one of the amazing refreshers. My order is a Mango Dragonfruit refresher w/ coconut milk. Stir it up and you got yourself a yummy drink that's fit for a king/queen. The ambiance is amazing it smells soo good like fresh coffee beans. And the music is so relaxing for a nice study day or just sitting drinking your drink, the service is so good! The baristas are really nice and kind. Best part, got my nails done and now they match my dragonfruit drink

My wife and another couple went in for coffee. One of our party had to use the restroom. There were only 2 customers in the store besides us. There were two restrooms, One was occupied by a Starbucks employee for 15-20 minutes. The other had the door open with a sign on the floor letting you know it had been cleaned. The person from our party could not wait any longer for the occupied restroom to clear out, so they picked up the sign in front of the other door, and went in. When the Barista discovered this he came over to our table and went postal, literally screaming at them for doing so in a very loud voice. He continued to rant on as if we were 5 year old's (we were in our 60's). We were so stunned we just stood silent until the ranting ended. After some time went by we enquired who it was from another barista working at the counter. She said his name was Don. We explained nicely that this was no way to treat their customers. Since then we have reached out to both the franchise owner and to the corporate office. Neither has returned our calls. Starbucks needs to have a vetting process to eliminate these kinds of hires or give them some emotional intelligence training when they onboard with how to work effectively with customers. This behavior should not be tolerated and sets a very poor example of customer service for Starbucks.
