BUT IF YOU ARE A SPANISH SPEAKER THEY SET THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE US LISTED AS LESS. ? THERE ARE BETTER RESTAURANTS IN THE CITY AND THE PRICE AND QUALITY OF THE FOOD LEAVES A LOT TO DESIRE.

Always gets our order wrong. We gave this place an honest try multiple times.First time our order was wrong we gave them the benefit of the doubt. So we tried again.This time we literally spelled it out to the server "absolutely no unions". The server acknowledged and repeated it back multiple times to us.When the dish came out it was covered in union's. My partner was visibly upset after trying so hard to communicate that she is allergic to unions. He just stared at her like she was crazy as if he forgot the entire conversation prior about no unions.They did offer to recook the whole dish but no refund. We wanted to leave. It felt intentional.Like I said this was not our first experience like this from this restaurant and we won't be returning.

Had some amazing Mexican tacos at El Gallo. I was told that the food was good, and "authentic" so my expectations were high. I was pleased that the tacos were really good! I ordered al Pastor, chicken and steak tacos that were delicious. This is a roadside Mexican restaurant so the atmosphere was a bit "quirky". The staff was professional and attentive and I would definitely return to El Gallo and try some other things on the menu.

I ordered some carnitas tacos and they were burnt and the asada ones were inedible since they smelled very bad. I think the meat was going to waste. I don't recommend it at all. Disgusting.

A friend sent our family a meal from El Gallo via Door Dash as we had a medical emergency in my family. I have gone to El Gallo for Sunday salsa nights but never had the food. So my first experience eating their food was very good. Everything was tasty. Not a fan of everyone's guacamole, but theirs was pretty good. Unexpectedly surprised at how good the food was - carne asada, enchiladas and burritos. Looking forward to our next meal there.

I just got my Uber eats order from El Gallo I'm a little disappointed I didn't get any salsa for my chips no fork or even a napkin! As far as taste of the rice bowl I ordered with chicken --there's no flavor really it's bland no peppers or onions or anything it's just rice queso and chicken absolutely nothing else! I really thought it would taste better a 5 year could've put this together!!! How am I supposed to eat my chips with no salad????

My husband and I just did a pickup order from here and we are impressed! We live in walking distance so we will most def be regulars here. My husband is a vegetarian, so all those other vegetarians out there, there are plenty of options here.
