Just when I thought it couldn't get worse. Last time I was here they wouldn't remake my meal so I had to ask for my money back then order the meal again. Haven't been back in years and then I hear about the new 2 for $5 chicken wraps and thought I'd give it a try. What a waste if money. And for some reason after making it a meal x2 it came out to over $20 somehow with no receipt. Won't be going there anymore period. Honestly don't know how they've stayed open this long. What a shame.

I ordered a chicken BLT, the food took a long time to get to me, and when I got it my "sandwich" was a bun with chicken and a slice of cheese on it. The chicken was also just not good. Service was pretty good, people seemed friendly.

My wife and I couldn’t figure out where to eat. Haven’t been to Hardee’s in years so we rolled the dice. Ended up being the best fast food we’ve had in this whole area. The food was very presentable meaning not falling apart like McDonalds and it was really really good. Maybe we caught the best cook on his shift, we wouldn’t know since it was our first time here. Either way we’ll be coming back for sure.

The staff never wants to take orders, make food, or do their job in general. Even attempting to order food in the drive thru is apparently aggravating to them and met with bad attitudes and literal hostility. If hardees didn't have such good food I would never even think about coming here again. Clearly management/ownership don't care at all. It's really sad.

I frequent this location because it’s on my way to work but I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon. They messed up my order and I didn’t realize it until I got to work. I called, asked to speak to the manager, explained what happened and I was told they’d replace my meal for the inconvenience. Fast forward the next day, I go to get my meal replacement and I’m accused of lying by the cashier who was extremely rude. The cashier then calls the manager on the cell phone and she flat out lies and says she never said that. The cashier then asks if I want to wait until the manager gets there to figure out exactly what would get replaced. I’m on my way to work, I couldn’t just sit there for an unknown amount of time. I just accepted the sandwich they gave me and I’m nervous to eat it because of how rude the interaction was. I don’t recommend.

Waited entirely too long for our food when no one else was even there. Then they fought with us when they didn't give us a second drink. We ordered 2 combo meals and they tried to say we had to pay for the second drink separately when it was clearly on our receipt already.
"Hand-crafted strawberry lemonade" apparently means a couple of pumps of strawberry flavoring in a cup and then filling it up with Minute Maid Lemonade from the fountain machine. Screw you guys. Lazy.

I went in and ordered the Swiss Burger with fries combo and it was burnt around the edges and looked more like a Krystal. Fries sucked also! Tea was the only good thing out of the meal. I figured it would do no good to complain because if it was to be replaced it would probably have a little something extra on it. I just know I will Not be back to This location. Hardee’s is usually good wherever I go, but not this one. Also the girl that took my order was named Brown. She acted like she couldn’t care less about my order. Didn’t even give me a cup or the tea that I ordered. Also, I had to ask for my receipt. For the points to be submitted. So move on to another location if you desire a Hardee’s.

We had been to a Hardee's before and it was disastrous. The restaurant itself was sweltering, the poor employees must have been dying. We had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and the Monster Angus burgers. Both were juicy and delicious. French fries were very good. Sadly, they did not have onion rings.
