The cookies are so good!! Just be aware if you order delivery they use DoorDash and the DoorDash drivers are rude and never on time. I waited 2 hours for my driver to even pick up my order. The people at insomnia were very nice, however, and tried to help me with the issue.
Wanted to make sure I took the time to commend the young man working tonight (I believe his name is Garren), for his incredible response to being ALONE all night with a packed out store. I’ve been in multiple times tonight to pick up orders & each time the store has been so packed you barely had standing room but he managed to get customers orders taken, made, get us delivery drivers our orders, etc in a very timely manner (especially considering his circumstances) and all with a lighthearted attitude and maintaining a overall positive atmosphere & customer experience for all. The service I’ve witnessed & experienced tonight from his has exceeded the past visits with multiple staff members present in the time I’m in & out & overall experience left with when walking out the door. I’m not sure what happened for him to be all alone tonight, but he definitely thrived through the chaos. Someone get this man a manager position or something because as someone who has worked in & managed in the customer service industry, this is the type of character & presence you want leading the operation! Props to you Garren!! ??????

The young lady that worked at the register was nice, but I can make better cookies at home. The ice cream wasn’t top notch like Bruster’s. I wasn’t impressed. I’ve tasted better cookies from the frozen section from supermarkets.

Their online delivery service has been more than an hour late multiple times, and the cookies have arrived cold. I do not recommend using their online delivery service. Either pick up yourself or skip altogether.
The New Girl They Have In The Afternoon Needs To Worry More About Her Job Then Flirting With Guys i Waited 30 Minutes For My Cookies While She Talked To A Guy That Was Not Even Their To Buy Anything He Just Came In To Talk To Her Then After Waiting That Long Was Told The Bathroom Was Only For Employees After I Have Used The Bathroom Their Before I Think She Had Her Drug's Hide In The Bathroom Because She Is The Only One Who Has Ever Said I Can't Use It

IF the cookies actually make it to your door they are very good. This location is very inconsistent with delivery and often takes 90 minutes plus. My guest had to call corporate in Pennsylvania to remedy his order last week. When they finally arrived the cookies were amazing. Only because of my kids do I continue to order here but after the last couple of experiences....not so impressed with them.

Unsure of his name, but the man who helped me was amazing. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 11:30. I showed up on time and said that I had an order. He said that the person who was supposed to open didn't show up so he was putting my cookies in right now and it would be about 20 mins. I was fine with this because it wasn't his fault and I also wasn't in a rush. I had sat in my car and he called me in the second my cookies were ready. He was also happy to separate the normal cookies from the vegan ones. He looks around 25 years old and is from Chicago ( he saw the plates on my car ) he gave me extra cookies for waiting even though I said he didn't have to do that and again, it was not his fault. This man deserves a raise and promotion.

I've ordered here a bunch. The cookies are excellent! The only problem is that for the past few times I've ordered I get a call saying that they are out of several items. The latest time was almost half of the entire order. Kinda frustrating, but I'd still recommend the place as long as they have what you want in stock.
