great food, terrible customer service. paying $75 for food is acceptable in this day- but with that price customers should at least receive some respect. we picked up our pickup order and told the lady at the front our names, and she just pointed to the table with the order on it. i was confused and asked which order was ours just for them to tell me to look at the name. next thing i know a different lady is ripping the bags out of our hands and talking to us like we are stupid. not stupid-just extremely confused, and that makes it not worth the price at all.

Food was excellent. Service was phenomenal. The atmosphere was like a normal restaurant nothing too special. I wanted to try this restaurant for the food of course but heard of other Mellow Mushroom restaurants more decorative to reflect the name. Making it a better experience along with the food and service. I was a little disappointed about that but will definitely eat there again. Looking forward to going to other Mellow Mushroom restaurants to get the full experience.

$32 for one pizza. Utterly ridiculous considering the pizza was not kept in the “take out” oven to keep it hot until it was picked up. This is kind of markup is gross, especially for a lukewarm pizza. Unless the price goes down there is no way you will see me at another Mellow Mushroom.
