Waited 20 minutes to get my sandwich even though they made the other 5 people’s that ordered after. When I asked, they lost my ticket and it was on some random side table. I got my sandwich and to no one’s surprise they didn’t even make it right. I got home and opened it and it was missing all the stuff I asked for. Absolute

I ordered a sandwich for delivery, along with a side of ranch. They forgot the ranch, I felt awful calling and complaining about 50 cent ranch but I only ordered the sandwich because I love dipping it in the ranch. The employees were so kind and apologetic and delivered it. I'm also pregnant so it warmed my soul. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Ordered food at around 12pm with a delivery time of 12:44. It hit almost 1pm and we had to call and ask where our food was. When we talked to the store they said it would be delivered right away they had 6 deliveries they were working on. We get a call at around 1:18pm and it’s a local restaurant down the street stating the delivery driver dropped our food off there and left. We had to walk down the street to retrieve our food. When called the manager seemed apologetic but didn’t sound surprised this happened. We didn’t eat until almost 2pm.

On 10.30.23, I had to call in my order as the website was not working right. I tried two different browsers. I did explain this to the caller on the phone. I ordered my sandwich over the phone exactly like I always do online, When my sandwich arrived, it was not correct. I called the store (spoke to some one different) I explained what the issue was and was told a new sandwich was on the way. About a minute or so later, the original person that took my order called me to explain that I was wrong. My sandwich came with lettuce mayo and tomato, which I specifically did not want. The reason for this review is not because my sandwich was wrong. It’s due to the poor service that I received from the original employee that took my order. tried to explain to this employee that you don’t argue with a customer over a simple Turkey sandwich. I’m not looking for anything free. I just want upper management and possibly the owner know what happened. You can’t fix what you don’t know.

Where to begin... I placed an online order at 12:10 p.m. on a Sunday. When I arrived at about 12:25-12:30, which should have been plenty of time to make two sandwiches, I didn't receive my order until about 1:05 p.m. The manager was telling people that there would be at least a 30 minute wait for bread. I'm usually pretty patient so I waited, understanding that things happen, no big deal. But what go to me was that once they had bread made it still took another 20 minutes to get my order. People that I saw come in after me and ordered at the restaurant were getting theirs quicker than me. I asked multiple times about my order and once I got it they did not even give me the correct items. I can understand that things happen but this was ridiculous.... I think they should issue a refund to everyone who placed an online order from 12pm to 1pm, as well as everyone in between. Poor customer service, and their slogan "freaky fast" should be changed to "freaky slow".

This is my second time eating a cold sub from there. Not much meat at all. The sub literally had 2 slices of meat on it. Very disappointing. The bread was good and way too much lettuce substituted for the meat.

The food is always good from JJ's, but the staff definitely needs a refresher on customer service. Often, they seem more annoyed that customers are in the store than they are willing to help. If I could get JJs without dealing with the staff, that would be optimal.
