Came in on a Friday night to grab dinner. The atmosphere was electric. I orderd the shrimp for the appetizer which was delicious. For my entrée I had the chicken fingers, and fries which were hot and fresh.It took a long time for my entrée to come out. I feel more help was needed at the bar then just one person, even though the bartender did a great job. Great atmosphere for family to dine in and eat.

We had a party of 10 this past Saturday. Our server, Robin was amazing!!! She was professional and kind. She is an absolute sweetheart!

The food was good ! However it took a long time for our food to come out , I do understand about this place being understaffed. I was grateful for our server making me a new order ,to make sure my order was hot, when the rest of our order was being made so that everything could be fresh .

Only good thing there was bowling. The food services was horrible. Food took 45 minutes to come out (was a Tuesday night, wasn’t busy at all). When we did get our food the fries had sugar all over them. By the time we got done “eating” we play two games in the arcade and they closed it all down without notice. So we spent money we couldn’t even us to play. This was over an hour before close as well.

Loved the atmosphere. Very clean! The Bartender was the best! Downside... attendant was not clear as per the BUZZER. Waited over an hour and when I realized it was a BUZZER and not a bus I was waiting for as she referred to it as a 'BUZZ' (she told me to keep checking for what I thought was a bus or open lane) that's when it was reiterated by management that the buzzers were all handed out. People had been waiting on buzzers to get available lanes. That particular day was busy. It was a Saturday (St. Patrick's Day) and there were at least 3 lanes not operational. The Golf Simulator was out of order, apparently as well. I'll return on a less busy day.

Some of the waitresses and bartenders here lack character. They'll cheat ya out of a mug and then when they get caught they'll promise $2 off only to fail to follow up on it. I regret leaving the lady a tip after this venture. Only coming on the weekend now the other bartender is much friendlier and kinder.

Went on a Saturday, wasn't very crowded when we arrived. The bartender was very nice and provided good service, but unfortunately, we didn't receive any food. She was told there were only two people working the kitchen at the moment and hold-off on placing anymore orders for at least 45min. There were also people coming to the bar to ask for assistance with ordering food because they had been waiting for so long.

SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, waitresses are RUDE x5 no one greets you, took 20 mins after being seated to even get a waitress (maybe 5 people in the whole restaurant) waitress didn’t ask how we were, approached our table with “What y’all want”? Food took very long time to come out!
Horrible service! Waited a few minutes to get seated. Once seated 30 minutes went by and I felt i was invisible. Not one single acknowledgement and it wasn’t busy at all. A family of 5 left before I did for that very same reason. Place looks like it has potential, sad to see a bunch of lazy individuals work here.

I DID NOT EAT HERE !! I was super excited to eat here while in town. Atmosphere seemed cool and the then we went in and waited the hostess never came. So I asked the waitress and she said she was on here way a line began to form. Then the hostess came out in pajama bottoms stating first of all its a 45 minute wait! And as we looked at empty tables she said you can set at the bar but it's still a 45 minute wait! I LEFT her tone and appearance alone was enough to know that I did not want to water my time waiting to be in this establishment!
