Believe it or not I've never been to steak 'n Shake. Eating by myself today so stopped in. The friendliest staff at any fast food restaurant besides Chick-fil-A that I've ever seen. Burgers were really good chocolate shake was great. Overall a great experience
Poor service. Don't go if in a hurry. Waited for food order over 15mins . Order was wrong and required 10mins more to correct. Notice other customers waiting to order or pay for food. My burgers were great just slow service.

This Steak n Shake is great! You get a wide selection of great burgers, 2 options for seasoned fries, and table service at a fast food price. Try the garlic steakburger (if you like garlic) - you will thank me.
