A few months back a friend introduced us to Tropical Smoothie and we are hooked! Once, I tried a different location and was extremely disappointed. The big difference is the smiling face that Prachi brings to you. She is so pleasant, kind, and nice. If I could give 10 stars, I would! :)

Someone recommended this location to me after I told them that I went to a TS on not too far from Columbiana mall that had a horrible smell. I came to this one, and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and the food was delicious 😋. I will come back to this TS because they do an amazing job!!!!

The smoothie was good, but the customer service was off, how I ask you a question & the person behind me answer because you walk off. I don't stand for that kind of rude behavior, almost didn't put my order in. I'm audible, but I'll let it slide. Have a peaceful day & don't treat people any kind of way just because your location is in the hood.

The people are rude and don’t listen to the customer. I would rather drive to the one on Roberts branch before going to this one again because it’s closer. They won’t get another dime of my money. They don’t even make the menu items correctly and when you say something they get nasty with you especially the older lady at the front. He attitude is extremely nasty!!!! I hate this location I have given them multiple chances with the same result!!!!

I am very upset this is the second time I ordered a bowl told the employee no almonds and they still put almonds… I am highly allergic. I tried to call and no one answer and now the phone is going straight to a voicemail that is not even set up and says to call back.. This is very unacceptable. I am at work and unable to leave.
Very upsetting to see the cook holding his cell phone in his left hand talking with gloves on. Grab my bacon without changing his gloves. Indian man wasn’t shocked when I told him what I seen him doing. He just trashed my sandwich & offer to fix me another. I didn’t have time for that so I asked them to take down my name & I will return another time.

The food was good and fresh however I felt like something was missing from the smoothie itself. Overall not to bad and I give it 8 out 10 would recommend if you need something quick yet more on the almost healthy side.

This location is my favorite location. I always get good vibes when I come to this location. I only come for smoothies so far for me to just have tried this place out about a month ago I believe. I love the smoothies. This location will always get my business unlike two notch I will go there if I have to but Marshall is my weekly visit
