If I could give this place one star i would. The man who i assume is the manager was very rude and gave us smart remarks when taking our order. Once we got to the window he came over and was peaking to see who we were. When we asked if both orders were in the bag he yelled out a muffled comment and then whispered to the employee. They proceeded to get our order wrong and give us what looked to be almost raw and soggy chicken nuggets. I would not recommend coming to this establishment.

Stopped for a bite of lunch here mid-afternoon. The employee who took my order was nice, and that's the only reason for the 2 stars. The chicken nuggets felt and tasted like rubber instead of chicken. My fries arrived in a container little bigger than a thimble. To use the drink machine you had to open a web app - no buttons. Worst of all the only choices not "sold out" were Coca Cola and soda water. Never again.

This used to be a proper Wendy’s.First sign of trouble, giant pothole as I drove in. It has been there for a while and keeps getting bigger.Second sign, the main order screen was black. I guess you better know exactly what you want.Drink machines were out of basically everything. Too lazy to refill? Or bad at restocking? Or both?I asked the lady at the counter for a Diet Coke from behind the counter and she seemed angry.Double stack was way smaller than last time. Shrinkflation? Was dry but appeared cooked.Chili had basically no meat. Lots of beans. More shrinkflation? Watery.While eating, I had to jump up because they were looking to tow cars in the lot.Generally one of the worst Wendy’s experiences I have ever had.Parking: They may have you towed from their lot. Watch out!

WARNING!!! THEY TOW CUSTOMER'S CARS!!!!!!I go to Wendy’s on Assembly like I always do for lunch and so I am about finished and I turn around and see my car on a tow truck!! So I ran out there and said what are you doing?? And he said he thought it was a student parked there and he came in to ask and they said to tow it. So then I go in and ask for the manager and GM steps up. She tells me to tone it down and I ask "why are you towing customer's cars!??" Frist she said "there's a sign out there" THEN she said to take it up with the driver. So she basically blames the tow truck driver for towing my car. I said “it’s your parking lot!” And she’s like we didn’t call him. (Yes you did!) Apparently this tow co they hire stops by to tow cars away! But you know they don't just randomly show up without someone calling! So not only does the GM blame the tow truck driver but offers no apology and told me she wasn’t gonna talk to me anymore and have a good day. Great job on losing a customer!

So very little French fries. I didn't open the bag until I got home. It looked as though someone was munching on my fries, because there were very little fries. My other combo bag did have the right amount of fries. No one else was in my vehicle, and I didn't touch the food on my way home.

This Wendy’s is near where I work, so I’m there relatively frequently for the price and convenience. I don’t know what’s happened there over the last year, but the service has become abysmal. Half the time, there’s no one working the drive through and/or the doors are randomly locked during regular business hours, even though they still let you place orders through the app. The employees are often rude, and will barely look at/speak to you. The whole parking lot typically reeks of weed. It seems fairly clean inside, the food is decent-ish and the coupons make it very affordable, but those are pretty much the only positives. I tried reaching out to the corporate customer service because every visit was becoming miserable. I was told they would get back to me, but they never did.
Ordered delivery through Grub Hub, food was fresh, hot, and tasty!

I initially went to the drive through. When I checked my fries, they were cold. I was the only one in the drive through. I asked the lady if she could give me hot fries. She took the old fries, through them away, packaged up more from the same cold batch and gave them to me. I told her those were cold too. She asked the manager what she should do and be told her to cook some fresh fries. I decided I would go inside to wait. I walked inside and the dining room was empty. The grill was full of overcooked burgers. When I checked my burger, it was cold too. When I questioned the amount of burgers, the cook angrily, "We're short tonight". I asked for my money back and left. If I pay the asking price am I asking to much to get fresh hot food.

Literally threw my bag at me rude through the speaker to take orders that should’ve been my red flag right there but if I can Give it zero stars I would. I will never be back here and I’m definitely going to HR about the service and the food service. Very warm warm with the attitude will never be back here.
