The service has changed over the years and there's been a handful of times that my sandwich has been made incorrectly. (It's always been fixed.) However, the food-when made correctly-is always good so at least that's stayed the same.

Response to Owner: Thank you for the response. However, you cannot train “good character”. Your staff aren’t that new and they knew how things work. But they “Chose” to be spiteful/hateful for whatever reason they had against me and my other. When you laugh in people’s face because you enjoyed serving them last on purpose is some kind of evil.This has happened twice. Same members. I don’t believe it is a training issue.Review: The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves, but probably has the wrong upbringing to know why. Readers, save yourself the ignorance and don’t come here.Me and a friend ordered online. Later went to the pick up area, wasn’t ready -Fine. But problem was that the staff working there were serving every person that came in “after” us first.They deliberately pushed back our orders…. we saw them move our tickets back every time someone came in. When we confronted them about it, guy making the wich smirked and girl next to him laughed. Think one of them was the manager.So, we waited almost 2 hrs for 2 sandwiches. Please explain why we were almost the first ones in but last to leave? And workers were laughing about it? That is disturbing behavior.It looks like there has been a change in management unfortunately. Been coming here for over 5 yrs and never seen management like this. Which Wich, be careful who you hire.

You may need to change the "curbside" addition. I sat for 20 min because there is no parking. And they don't answer the telephone as they instruct you to call upon arrival.

dont support this place! they dont pay thei wokes, they have certain rules for black and white employees. they refuse to send out w2s from previous year work! the owners only do background checks on black males, take time out of your paychecks (add in breaks that werent taken). absolutely horrible place! do not support! needs to be out of business as a whole corperation! not only do the store owners not care, the owner of the brand doesnt either! the only thing that anyone in this company wants to see is money and praise! paying a general manger $11 an hou and paying employees min wage is pathetic! now driving by the main steet store, its never open! the dumbest thing the company ever did was franchise out to people who know nothing about food, restauants, or people!!!!!!!

Definitely wasn't worth the hassle. Sandwich shop with fries and shakes. They had a menu of specialty sandwiches but when I went to order at the counter I was directed to fill out a build-your-own sandwich card at a nearby table and bring it back. The card didn't have an option for the sandwiches on the menu so I ended up getting a custom sandwich with chips and a drink. After placing my order and giving them a credit card, they asked me to choose a tip. For what - they rang up my order off a card? But there was no "no tip" option so I ended up tipping $2, bring my total to $15 for a regular sandwich, bag of chips, and a soda. Then, after I'd been taken for $15, I waited nearly half an hour for my sandwich to made. Obviously, the tip wasn't for the lightning fast service and luckily I wasn't in a hurry. Don't get me wrong, I've worked in food and beverage and I'm all for tipping for good service. But I'm tired of businesses that don't pay employees enough and expect the customers to offset it. The only reason I give this l place two stars is the food was decent. So I'd recommend this place to someone with time and money to burn.

Which which is one of my fave sandwich chains. I love not having to talk to people and just write down my order. They were understaffed when we got there but were nice and worked as fast as they could Towards the back are some amazing works of art that other customers have drawn on the bags - I loved it! Also appreciated the sign explaining the price increases so folks are educated and not just annoyed. Sandwich was solid, as always!

Why do I order through the app for a specific pick up time? I showed up at my pick up time, waited 10 minutes. Got my order. Not correct, not hot. Ridiculous
