We travel 95 several times a year and stop at this Arby’s. The service is great (Teresa) and the food comes out fast and is hot.
Food was delicious, but I had diarrhea after 5 minutes

My husband enjoyed his burger and I am glad the Potatoe Cakes are back!!

very nice almost $7.50 for a Ruben with barely any meat. most places put triple what yall put. stingy af. should of went elsewhere.
I really dislike when Arby's like this one cut corners to save time and don't shave the meat thin enough!
The Coissant was great, but chicken tenders were a little cold

Food Poisoning
Ladora Askins' saw that I had a small situation and she just came to help. Ladora handled it so swiftly and kindly that I was a bit taken back because not all managers do right by the customer. She is so down to earth and such an efficient supervisor that Mrs Askins' deserves a raise!
02/12/25 1pm. Teresa brown is the name of the employee I’m referring to in this review. I asked for the 2 for 6 deal and simply wanted to have 2 regular roast beef’s instead of the beef and cheddar. She said they can’t do that, and I had to pick from what’s advertised. Funny thing is, they had no problem doing this at every other location I’ve been to. It’s less ingredients, so I’m confused as to why they wouldn’t rather sell 2 regular roast beef’s instead of beef and cheddar’s. I said “nevermind, I’ll just get a number 2 meal” she said “medium or large” I said “small” she said that I couldn’t get small. Again, every other location has had no problem with this. I left without ordering, and got something from the gas station. Teresa had a big attitude problem on top of it. She also kept referring to me as baby, and that’s unprofessional. I’m sick of people like this keeping their jobs while giving horrible customer service. I’d actually like to speak with a manager.
