While eating in the restaurant recently, I overheard the manager speaking poorly of the wait staff. This totally put a damper on my visit to one of my favorite spots in Florence. If management has a negative opinion to share about staff, it should be done somewhere customers can’t hear it.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast this past Saturday morning. Our server, Garrett, was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I loved the Belgian Waffle and my husband loved his egg breakfast. The restaurant is spotless.
