It is always so disappointing when you go somewhere for a specific something and you don't have an even decent experience and the food is less than that. If you dont want to work with the public then don't because if not, you will always ruin a customer's experience.Zensation salad didn't have the egg rolls that they supposedly come with. Didnt even know that until we got home. And the expensive combo meal didn't have the coleslaw we were asked if we wanted. Before driving off, I asked about it and was questioned and asked for my receipt. She analyzed the receipt like I was lying about coleslaw.The overall experience was disappointing and will stop me from ever going back to Zaxbys at all...and not just that location.

They were "shorthanded" and had the doors locked. I had to bang on the window to be let in. They were nice enough once I got in the building to pick up my mobile order, but to much drama for chicken.

They had a person who was either sick or getting sick work the drive thru. You could tell she was congested and had a runny nose. Thank god I didn’t get. Other than that the food was hot and good. The establishment was clean on the outside. Was in the drive thru for almost 10 mins…. But I did come thru during lunch time so can’t say much there. Overall great place to eat

On Friday Feb.2 2024 I was supposed to start work. I walked to Zaxby's and was there at 7:40am to start work at 8am. At 8:30am no one had arrived yet and it was cold. I tried calling the GM and text him and no answer so I walked all the way back home. I was really looking forward to working there but will never try again.

Went through drive through. I found this location to be a little slow. I ordered the Big Zax Snack. Tasted like they needed to change their grease.

I had a quick interview today one manager told me that when the hiring manager comes back that I was going to do my Onboarding and then when I thought that I was going to do my onboarding the hiring manager told me that I'll let you know If something comes up I left there with my head down pretty upset

Rude, and served burnt eggrolls and then got upset when I asked for a replacement. Yea in the lobby is outdated and when I mentioned it they just ignored me and filled the cup behind the counter.
Did online order of 2 family meals and they haven't delivered it in 40 minutes. The app said it would be ready in 16 minutes.Totally ruined our family event.

This is a genuine review that comes from no bitterness or bias. I have not been to a zaxby’s since I was a kid so I was excited. When I got there the counter server was not polite I got my food fast but they messed up my order and then I had to wait 20 minutes to get the correct order. when I got my sandwich the bread was stale and my food was cold. My food tasted horrible I did not enjoy it at all. (Not to mention the food was overpriced even if it was good.) Even my soda was too diluted. The restaurant was clean for the most part but the trash was overflowing. Not going to lie the atmosphere is pretty but also the music was too loud. Afterwards I went to the Burger King across the street and had a much better experience.

We ordered through app--picked up in drive through at the designated time--one item was wrong (correct on bill, but wrong item included), fries were old, food was cold, chicken in sandwich was over cooked, bun was stale. This was the 2nd time I've tried Zaxby's and the 2nd time I've been disappointed. There are too many other good chicken places around to be disappointed again.
