I placed my order online for pick up. It estimated 30-45 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and headed to the store. When I got there the female employee who seemed to be "running things" was extremely rude right off. She ignored us and kept talking to another employee about something personal. I stood there for 25 minutes watching a boy boxing up and getting orders together. By this time there were probably about 10 other customers coming to pick up there food. I watched my order sit on the shelf while these 2 employees just kept talking then had the nerve to go out back for a smoke. Front completely unoccupied except the one boy who just kept steady cooking pizza and getting orders together. I feel for him and he deserves a raise.

I ORDERED ONLINE FOR DELIVERY! ORDERED WAS CANCELED NEVER DELIVERED ! I THEN HAD TO DRIVE TO THE RESTAURANT, ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE OUTSIDE ON THERE PHONES AND SMOKING CIGARETTES, I ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES DID THEY HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER HE REPLIED “NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP UP” THE OLDER GUY WITH THE GLASSES STATED HE CAME AND KNOCKED ON THE DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES BUT HE WAS NOT SEEN ONCE ON MY RING CAMERA KNOCKING ON THE DOOR & PIZZA WAS COLD. YOUR EMPLOYEES(shift lead to be specific) Katelyn is rude as hell!! My mom shannen was a former employee( General Manager) there for years so she onows how the specials work. She called to modify our online order and was very polite and she hung up the phone and canceled our order. My mother proceeded to call back and was put on hold for 35 minutes so i called and got an answer. Katelyn was put on the phone and said we were disrespectful which is false and said we were not to be giving service through them again and then hung up the phone on me! Very disrespectful and rude service and the employees need some manners! We love dominos and its sad that we placed an order with Pizza hut after our order had been cancelled from dominos and had it delivered within 25 minutes while we were still on hold with dominos.

When I walked in to place an order yesterday, no one acknowledged that I was in the building - until a delivery driver walked in. She said "Hi, have you been helped." When I told her no, and that I hadn't been acknowledged after being in the building for about 3 minutes. She dropped what she had in her hands and took my order. She said that it would be 20 minutes. I went outside and waited 25 minutes. I then returned inside, to get my order. While in the building, I witnessed a worker with short red hair run her hand through her hair. Then stick her hands into the cheese while making a pizza. I also noticed that none of the pizza makers were wearing gloves. I won't be back to this establishment. I used to go there quite often.

Ordered online and my food was quickly started. Arrived at the location and needed to wait, not a big deal. The problem is that there are no places to sit while you wait. I'm disabled and need to sit, can't do that at this store.

The canned tomatoes or the marinara sauce was spoiled. My mom & I had 2 pcs, but after tasting them, they went down the garbage disposal. I called the store to let them know to check their items for freshness. They said, "Okay," and hung up. I felt like what I said was ignored. So, I am posting this, so if anyone else gets pizza today and gets sick, they will know that the store was notified at 11.24 am. I don't even feel like they took me seriously. The wings and cake were awesome. I spent over $60 because I got alot of toppings. I just hope no one gets sick after I told them to check it.

Normally when I go to domino's my pizza is great I even preferred them over pizza hut just bragging how domino's stepped their service up,but I had a whole change of heart when I recently ordered my pizza 2 days ago um... the presentation of the pizza was first horrible and I ordered a hand tossed pizza and it looks like it was thin crust they gave me! She had to remake my Philly cheese steak pizza because it was over done u can see the meat drawed up on top! I definitely was NOT satisfied at all and to make it even worse the lady didn't wash her hands the whole entire time while going back and forth making different pizzas she wiped her hands with her dirty black apron! I still ate my pizza,but I prayed over it before it entered me and my kids mouth! I know I won't be going back I guess it's back to pizza hut I go!
there were these two ladies who were working the night shift @ 10 PM on may 29,2023 and they were absolutely AMAZING ! my pizza came out literally PERFECT i was speechless and my cheese bread was cheesy and just right! these two women were kind and sweet and are outstanding amazing employees and mhmmm they know how to make food !

I ordered two of there $6.99 two topping hand tossed pizzas online for carry out. These were the worst pizzas I have ever had! The crust was very thin, hard, over baked, hardly no cheese or sauce on them. Tasted terrible! I threw it in the trash! I will not be getting pizza from this Domino's again!

The worse dominos pizza i have ever had i couldnt even eat the pizza from how cold it was took them over an hour and a half to deliver my pizza to get here cold..wish i could give this negative stars but definitely will spread the word of how bad of service it is

It sucks sincerely I’m upset because , I ordered pizzas because my dad was happy to see us . And we ordered them at 9:25 pm and I waited 1:30 minutes and I still didn’t have the pizzas because supposedly the driver hadn’t gotten to the store to get them . I called and all the women asked when I told her I wanted to cancel was for my address. I sincerely will think again before ordering here
